The Barrington Arms Complex offers beach access, a large oceanfront swimming pool that is heated seasonally, three sun decks, a hot tub, and a beachside pavilion with a grilling area and restrooms, so you will have no trouble filling each day with coastal fun. Plus, you can always step out to the large covered balcony to sip a cup of coffee at sunrise, enjoy a stunning view of the ocean, and surround yourself with native Live Oaks and iconic Palmetto palm trees.



When you find a bit of downtime, the living room is filled with natural light and is furnished with a denim sleeper sofa for additional guests. Everyone will love kicking back in style while streaming their favorite movies on the TV. When everyone has built up an appetite, the adjacent full kitchen is outfitted with bar seating, ample prep space, modern appliances, and all of the cookware needed for the culinary-inclined guests to show off their skills. Extra perks include fast WiFi, a private washer and dryer, and central AC.

Nice accommodations! We enjoyed our stay. Nice view of pool area from porch. Ocean is even slightly visible. Very tastefully decorated The furniture needs updating. Living room couch sinks on right side terribly. The mattress will definitely need replacing soon in master as it has “dips” from use. Internet connection is extremely poor.

We were not satisfied with the cleanliness of the condo. When we arrived, there was dirty silverware with what looked like dried mayonnaise on it. Plates seemed to have mold on them, and glassware that was dirty as well.There were dead bugs that looked like small cockroaches on the floor and we also saw a least one live daily during our stay. The floor needed mopping and the cushions on the coach were dirty.The next morning, the property management sent a couple of ladies who hand washed the silverware, plates, and glassware, which we rarely used because we were uncomfortable with them. Also the sliding door lock was broken. They sent a man the next morning, who added a lock. For such a high-end property they need to better clean the condo between guests.
