Sitting mere steps from the beach and excitement of Coligny Beach Park, Tanglewood 806 is the perfect jumping-off point for beach days, shopping, popping into tasty restaurants, golfing, and more fun. And, when you feel like staying closer to home base, the shared pool will be just the place to cool off or tan in bliss.



After a round of 18 or full days on the sand, the best ending to the afternoon will be sipping a favorite beverage on the private balcony as the colors of the sunset appear overhead. Culinary creations will be easily prepared in the fully renovated kitchen which features a state-of-the-art cooktop range as well as a convection microwave oven, a Keurig coffee maker, and spacious countertops await the chef of the group. Beach vacation

Not my 1st time at Hilton Head, but this property is very close to Coligny Beach. Also close to bars and restaurants. Very clean property, calm and silent neighborhood, great TV and Internet, fully furnished. Suitable for a few days or more extended stay.

Beautiful and convenient!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful condo! Immediately noticed how clean and tidy it was whenever we walked in. Everything was conveniently located, including the 5 minute walk to Coligny Beach. We especially loved watching the alligator in the pond every morning! Would definitely love to book here again!

Great place for a family!

We absolutely loved staying here. The condo was so comfortable and felt safe at all times of the day. All amenities were provided and it truly felt like a home away from home. Walking to the beach every day was a breeze with the sidewalks and crosswalks and even with young children it didn’t take very long at all! We got to see a lot of wildlife; a gator in the pond, turtles, and awesome birds that go underwater to fish! The kids (and me, not gonna lie) loved looking out the windows or going onto the balcony to watch all the animals! All in all a great place to stay!

Nice little place to stay!

Easy to get to and easy parking. About an 10 minute walk to the public beach. Also has pool on site which was nice. The two and a half baths were great but both showers are super small. Only other negative is the check in process because you have to go to a different location to get parking pass. There were no other issues so i never had to contqct anyone.

Close to beach, nice condo except bathroom not being clean on coming. Washer has rust inside be careful not to get on good white clothes.
