We’re Michael and Jennifer, and we truly love hosting guests and creating a relaxing, memorable waterfront experience in beautiful Treasure Island. We enjoy traveling, boating, scuba diving, and everything about the coastal lifestyle, which is why we fell in love with this little piece of paradise on Boca Ciega Bay.

We’ve put a lot of care into making our condo feel like a comfortable home away from home, complete with thoughtful touches, beach gear, waterfront sunsets, fishing off the dock, and a relaxing pool area to enjoy during your stay. One of our favorite things about hosting is helping guests discover the best local beaches, restaurants, activities, and hidden gems around Treasure Island and St. Pete Beach.

Whether you’re here to relax by the water, explore the beaches, enjoy boating and fishing, or simply unwind and watch the sunset, we hope our place helps create amazing memories for you and your family. We chose this neighborhood because it offers the perfect balance of relaxation, waterfront beauty, and convenience. One of the things we love most is being right on Boca Ciega Bay while still only a short walk from the beautiful Gulf beaches of Treasure Island. You truly get the best of both worlds peaceful waterfront sunsets on one side and fun beach life on the other.

The area has such a welcoming and laid-back coastal atmosphere, with great local restaurants, beach bars, live music, boating, fishing, and endless opportunities to enjoy the outdoors. We especially love watching dolphins in the bay, relaxing by the pool, fishing off the dock, and taking evening walks to the beach to catch the sunset.

Another reason we love this location is how close everything is. Guests can easily explore John’s Pass, St. Pete Beach, downtown St. Petersburg, waterfront dining, shopping, and island activities without needing to travel far. It’s the kind of neighborhood where you can truly slow down, relax, and enjoy the Florida beach lifestyle.

Our condo sits directly on beautiful Boca Ciega Bay, where guests can enjoy stunning sunsets, dolphin sightings, fishing off the private dock, and peaceful waterfront views right outside the door all while still being just a short walk to the Gulf beaches, restaurants, beach bars, and local attractions.

The property also offers a beautiful, heated waterfront pool, private fishing dock with a fish cleaning station, and the rare opportunity to reserve one of our private boat slips for guests bringing a boat. Inside, we’ve designed the condo to feel bright, comfortable, and welcoming with thoughtful touches, beach gear, and everything needed for a relaxing stay.
