Step out into the garage where you'll discover a foosball table, while just beyond that, find yourself in the indoor pool. Additionally, this home also features a furnished upper deck, enclosed lower patio, and an outdoor, private hot tub.

This home welcomes up to 1 dog -- the yard and nearby trails are ready for your pup. Parking is available in the garage. Detailed check-in instructions, including the door code, will be provided prior to your arrival.

Getting Around:

Gualala is approximately 2.5 hours north of San Francisco via Highway 101 to Highway 1, right on the Mendocino-Sonoma County border. Charles M. Schulz-Sonoma County Airport (STS) in Santa Rosa is the nearest airport at roughly 90 minutes east. A car is recommended -- Highway 1 is one of the world's great coastal drives.

The indoor pool has solar heat, and the temperature may vary depending on the weather.

This home runs on propane heating and energy. If an odor is detected in-home, this indicates that propane levels are low - it is not a cause for concern.



Keep your eyes on the horizon from December to April -- gray whales migrate just offshore, and this property has a front-row seat. Visit in spring for wildflower season -- the hills above Gualala and the river trails burst with lupine and California poppies. June through September brings the warmest weather. Morning fog is part of the charm -- it usually clears to reveal blue skies.



Up to 1 dog are welcome. Please keep dogs on leash on trails and clean up after them.
