Designed for easy, laid-back living, complete with a spacious living area that opens directly to a private balcony overlooking the beautiful oceanfront. Very family friendly!

The layout includes two well-appointed bedrooms—one featuring an extra large queen bed and another with twin beds— making it ideal for families or small groups. Unit also includes a comfortable pull out couch for your convenience. The open living and dining space creates an easy flow for gathering after a day on the beach, while large windows fill the home with natural light and coastal charm.
Front door Ring doorbell. Also equipped with a convenient push button front door lock.
This is on the third floor with stairs. No elevator.

KITCHEN and DINING
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with full-size appliances, ample cabinetry, and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. Whether you're cooking breakfast or a full dinner, you’ll love the functionality and space. The dining area flows seamlessly from the kitchen and living room, creating a perfect setting for shared meals with an oceanview backdrop.
BEDROOMS and BATHROOMS
Bedroom 1: A spacious and cozy retreat featuring a comfortable bed and an en-suite bathroom with updated fixtures for a fresh, modern feel.
Bedroom 2: Well-sized and inviting, this bedroom offers a relaxing space with two twin beds.
Bathrooms: Both full bathrooms are clean and updated with modern fixtures, providing comfort and convenience for all guests.
OUTDOOR SPACE
Step out onto your expansive private balcony and take in sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean. Start your mornings with coffee and sunrise views or unwind in the evening with the sound of the waves and coastal breeze—this is what beach living is all about.
No TRAILERS, MOTORCYCLES, GOLF CARTS, or COMMERCIAL VEHICLES are allowed at this Property.
We can be a virtual guide for your vacation or be invisible. Utilize my service and knowledge as you may. We are happy to accommodate either way!

This property has special local compliance requirements, which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $35. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
You must be 21 years of age to book this Stay. The person who books the stay must be staying in the Home/Condo as well. Unlike a hotel, we have limited linens and towels for our guests and must wash them between each stay off-site. We have provided laundry detergent for your convenience.
We do not provide a daily linen service.
