Thanks for the review. You said you called but no one replied or came? However, I never got any call or text from you on hot water or any issue.. otherwise, I would have reached out right away to fix. You may have called a different number perhaps? Also, it looks like there was no issue on hot water from subsequent renters so I am not sure what happened. Anyway, pls know we take any issue, small or big, seriously and always respond right away to resolve ASAP as the norm. Thanks again for visiting our condo.

First of all, this is a vindictive renter who called me 3 weeks before arrival date during high peak season wanting to cancel saying his "friends" would not be able to come, and I had to say no based on our cancellation policy during peak season and since it was way over the minimum 60 days advance notice window.. I guess this review is sort of a revenge on his part. As owners, we should beware of these type of renters. Either way, I am highly disappointed at this renter who never bothered to call or contact us even once on the dryer vent or bathroom vent or any issue at all. We would have gladly sent our professional cleaning and maintenance crew to take care of the vents and do everything to his satisfaction. Everything was working fine before in our knowledge. The dryer vent is new (user error?) and the condo is all updated with high quality materials -- new luxury water resistant wide-plank white hardwood, granite counter tops in the kitchen, new wall papers in the bathrooms , newly painted wall, high end mattresses to name a few. The rugs are part of the beach decor and if it wasn't this renter's taste/choice, so be it. The condo is exactly how it is portrayed in the picture. We get many returning customers and get many rave reviews via card, emails etc . Anyway, we own several oceanfront condos and all our condos are very popular. We are highly responsive to all our renters. Due to heavy traffic during peak season, if something was broken or not working, this person should have contacted us immediately and brought it to our attention and we would have gladly taken care of it. I was told for every hundred customers, expect a few bad ones who are never happy or satisfied no matter what. Bottomline, this person could not cancel in the last minute, was upset even before arrival and basically burned us in the review process -- nitpicking over nothing and never called us even once with any concern when he was there. Again, this penthouse unit is very nice, popular, professionally decorated with all the high end updates and gets back to back booked during peak season -- AND we expect the trend to remain the same.

I am totally flabbergasted by this review. This person msged me but never once let me know if any of her concerns. This is a high maintenance renter who is never happy and feels entitled to say whatever. First, the condo is professionally decorated and was just remodeled with new furniture, rugs, granite counters etc. It looks exactly the same as the website. On missing blinds, must have happened during season which is repaired at the end of season. Secondly, the condo is cleaned thoroughly by a professional company & if we were told, we’d have gladly sent cleaning crew to stop by again..Comments like the sheets don’t fit the bed is pure fiction. These are same sheets that are used by turn & this renter is basically trying to cover the fact that she was not allowed to use other sheets. Finally, insinuating the floor under a rug had urine stains (seriously!) is blatant slander and mean spirited fabrication of truth — without even giving us a chance to explain when she was there. Most likely, the porch furnitures were brought back during big hurricanes and it may have stained the rug with water seeping through on the wood floor. How dare this renter pass on dirty awful judgmental opinion? There should be law against this type of entitled people who feel they can say anything after the fact. We own multiple oceanfront condos at the beach & we will NEVER rent to this person. Bottomline, all our condos are popular, stay back to back booked and we expect the trend to remain same.

I am sorry, surprised and offended at this review. This is more like subjective taste or opinion. The condo is exactly what it looks like in the pictures that this renter saw during booking. Furnitures are high end and comfortable. . If this person did not like the decor and furniture, she should not have rented it in the first place!!! As seasoned owner of multiple condos (all of which have premium status due to popularity), we know that for hundreds of renters, there will always be some who will find fault no matter what and will viciously criticize and complain for nothing just because they can. Also, the outdoor carpets were replaced only last year and pots/pans are relatively new. So, I am not sure what she us talking about. This person obviously is hard to please. She never once called us to let us know of anything was lacking. I would have gladly sent my property /maintenance manager to look into it and address her concern/please her at no extra cost. We have folks who stayed before and after her who have given us wonderful reviews via website and emails. Obviously , this renter is very high maintenance, has a lot time on her hands and using her little power based on a very short stay. The condo is exactly how it’s shown. This person saw the pictures of the condo before renting.. if there were small issues, stain on outdoor rugs, she should have told me right away since it must have happened during the season. Also, this is not a hotel and some small wears may happen during the season in the course of being back to back booked and heavy traffic — which is taken care of at best if the renter calls us real time during their stay — otherwise everything is always inspected and fixed after the season. There is no way for us to address/fix/replace anything if no one calls us. We always do deep inspection and update or replace items/utensils/furniture/paint/deep clean etc after the season. Bottomline, The condo is extremely well maintained, spacious, clean, direct oceanfront, highly popular and sought after. We get many good reviews and returning customers and we expect the trend to continue.

I am extremely disappointed at this renter’s comments and the fact that she “conveniently” left out full communication streams when she reached out to me Sat night with patio door being off track. I told her my maintenance guy will go by Sun or Mon, and she said okay. And someone did go by Mon. So, why is she complaining? Several things to note here as well — First of all, she did not report anything until way after 24 hours following check in . And renters usually report everything after they check in within a couple of hours which she did not. The patio door was fine when we had other renters earlier that same week and also maid service did not notice or report anything off track during cleaning prior to her arrival. So, she should have alerted us right away after check in UNLESS she accidentally put the door off track by pulling hard during her own stay after spending a full night and full day in the condo . Secondly, she rented the condo from Fri to Mon. (3 days). And she texted me Saturday night saying the door was off track. I immediately responded told her that already reached out to my maintenance guy and that he will try to go by Sun and if not, definitely Monday morning latest to which the renter sent me a reply back saying okay. So, why is she complaining and also conveniently leaving our her okay response in her review? (And the maintenance guy did go by Mon morn). Bottomline, when someone rents the unit for a 3 day weekend and report it Sat night (half way during her stay), they should at least allow some time and reasonable business hours for any fix. Last but not least, the condo is professionally decorated with high-end furniture/pictures and we get a lot of compliments from renters. The condo looks exactly like it does in the website and this renter should not have rented the condo in the first place if she did not like the decor or pictures!!! Anyway, as a veteran premier owners with multiple oceanfront units, we know that with hundreds of people renting the units, we will get some “bad apples” or renters who are high mainteance with entitled behavior, unrealistic expectation and poor communication. Bottomline, this condo is rated as one of the premier condos, very popular, gets back to back booked over peak season and we get many returning renters — AND we expect the trend to continue.

Hi Tracy, I am so sorry about your experience. It seems to be a cleaning/maintenance issue and I was not aware of the broken furniture on the patio. I wish you called me during your stay so I could resend the folks. Anyway, I have fired the cleaning crew. Also the patio furniture will be replaced (we have to keep light furniture there due to Hurricane and high wind/storms where the furniture can be brought inside per HOA rule). Anyway, instead of assuming that I would get offended , if you called me real time, I would have taken care of these issues easily . What I don’t like is after the fact complaints since it’s not in my control any longer to be able to response/help and put things right. Condo is back to back booked during peak season and there is always some wear and tear at the end. We are responsible owners and own multiple condos and usually post season all our condos go through extensive deep cleaning, repair, revamp, repaint and replacement of anything that’s broken.. and I have fired the cleaning crew so they won’t clean next season. Again, The condo is very popular, in high demand, nice and clean with fabulous location and view and we hope you can come back . Thanks

Thanks Sean for letting us know about the coffee pot. With back to back traffic, it gets old or wear out fast. Anyway, we will replace it with a new one asap (we usually check for all these updates at the end of the season anyway). Thanks again and come back!

We are somewhat baffled & disappointed with this group of 60+ year old ladies who clearly have way too much time on their hands. This review is overly picky, subjective and out of line. First of all, the Condo is exactly how it looks on pics. Bulk of the Condo is luxury hard wood tile (so not sure what this person is talking about). Shag Rugs are part of the decor and the furnitures /mattresses are all designer and high end. We get many praises from most renters via email/phone call on the professional decor, color scheme and comfortable furniture. Decor is personal taste specific and the Condo has high-end classic comfortable furniture. These folks saw the pics before booking. We also have never had any complaints about the cleanliness or washer dryer functionality. The Condo is cleaned by professional cleaning crew in between each renter and check in and check out times are standard for any rental during peak season. Any small stain must have happened very recently during the season and will be taken care of when the Condo is repainted and replenished during annual maintenance repair/check-up post season when traffic is slow. This is not a hotel and some small wear & tear during back to back heavy traffic in peak season should be expected. Even then, our cleaning & maintenance crew responds to all requests within an hour if we are contacted by any renter. These ladies could have easily called or contacted us during their stay if something was not right or working properly, and we would have gladly sent our cleaning or maintenance crew to keep these folks happy, — but these ladies decided not to reach out to us real time and instead now complaining about small rug stains, cushions being “flat” (and these are high end designer furniture!) and some thin corner dust they found...Seriously? These ladies do not seem to be seasoned, frequent renters and have way too much time on hand. We own multiple oceanfront beach condos & feel sorry for any owner who have to deal with four overpicky 60+ year old ladies with not much to do but complain and make mountains out of molehills. In a nutshell, the Condo is a beautiful well maintained unit, looks exactly how it shows on pics. The unit also gets annual makeovers after peak season every year (repair, painting, furniture replacement, deep cleaning etc). Bottomline, this penthouse Condo is very popular, stays back to back booked during peak season, gets returning customers and we expect the trend to remain the same.
