I really enjoyed my stay! The apartment was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. One of the coolest things was the wood flooring it actually glowed at night! I had never seen anything like that before, and it was such a unique and awesome feature.The beds were comfortable, fresh clean towels were provided, and the apartment had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The neighborhood felt friendly and welcoming, with a strong Jewish community in the surrounding area.Another huge plus was the free parking, especially in Beverly Hills, so I didn’t have to worry about parking tickets or finding a spot.Overall, I had a great experience and really enjoyed my stay. I would definitely come back and rent here again!

**BEWARE: LARGE DAMAGE DEPOSIT AND QUESTIONABLE DAMAGE CLAIMS** I strongly recommend avoiding this property. I booked it despite having no reviews because the price was reasonable, but the experience was terrible from beginning to end. First, the apartment was extremely dirty upon arrival. There was hair throughout the bedrooms and even on the bedsheets, which I have photographs of. The shower drained extremely slowly, and when I reported it, the host immediately suggested we must have clogged it with hair rather than addressing the maintenance issue. There were no proper check-in instructions, welcome guide, parking directions, or checkout instructions. We had to repeatedly contact the host for basic information. We were even threatened with having our car towed after parking in a space we reasonably believed belonged to our apartment. The most concerning part came after checkout. Despite requiring a **very large damage deposit**, the host suddenly accused us of leaving an excessive mess and causing bathroom floor stains that supposedly required professional sanding and refinishing. We did not cause this alleged damage, and I am formally disputing these accusations with Vrbo. As someone who also hosts vacation rentals, I understand the importance of respecting someone else's property. I have never experienced anything like this.
