The space

The layout is designed with groups and families in mind. Two king bedrooms offer comfortable retreats for adults, a queen room gives additional privacy, and the bunk room is perfect for kids or extra guests. The single-level footprint means no stairs to navigate, and the dedicated workspace means remote workers aren't left scrambling. Ceiling fans and full air conditioning keep things cool no matter the time of year.

 

Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen has everything your group needs to cook and gather - refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, wine glasses, and a complete set of dishes and cookware. A mini fridge and trash compactor round out a setup that handles everything from quick breakfasts to full family dinners. Take it outside with the BBQ grill and barbecue utensils included, and finish the evening around the patio furniture in the fenced backyard.

 

Beach & outdoor living

The backyard is where this home earns its keep. A full washer and dryer make longer stays hassle-free. The home includes all essentials - bed linens, towels, extra pillows and blankets, iron, and clothing storage. Smart lock self check-in means flexible arrival on your own schedule. Free parking is available in the driveway for up to four vehicles, and the private entrance gives your group the independence of a true home away from home.

Set in the heart of Cocoa Beach, you're just minutes from the shore, local restaurants, shops, and the laid-back coastal scene the Space Coast is known for. Keep an eye on the launch schedule - rocket launches from the area are one of those experiences that stop you in your tracks and remind you exactly where you are.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the home. You’ll receive a unique door code prior to arrival, which will activate at check-in time for easy, contactless entry.



Your Guest Portal will include your door code, Wi-Fi details, parking information, and other helpful stay information, all in one convenient place. If you have any questions or need assistance during your stay, our Guest Services team is always available

The area has a laid-back coastal vibe with plenty to do, whether you're looking for adventure or a quiet escape.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy with driveway parking available for up to 4 vehicles. Most guests choose to drive, but you're also just a short ride to the beach, local dining, and popular attractions. Ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available, and the flat area makes biking to nearby spots a great option as well.



Other Things to Note:

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

- Paper towels

- Toilet paper

- Tissues

- Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar

- Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)

- Garbage bags

- Sponges

- Dish soap

- Dishwasher tabs

If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed.



PLEASE NOTE:

- Mailbox access is not available for guests

- All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver.

- To ensure a comfortable environment for all guests, including those with allergies, we maintain a strictly PET-FREE PROPERTY

- There is a Ring doorbell camera located at the front door and a camera in the back that monitors the exterior of the property while it is vacant and does not record any interior spaces

- Pool heating is available for an additional fee and must be requested prior to your stay
