This is a lovely home that has everything we needed for our trip…even fishing poles!!! The house smelled wonderful and was clean and only 10-15 minutes away from the beach we like.

The house was exactly as pictured. Beds were comfortable, house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed, and the back porch area was so nice. The neighborhood was safe and the location was central to everything we needed to do! Highly recommend this property!

House was clean and the outdoor area was excellent. The interior left a bit to be desired. There was an intense perfume like fragrance that was seemingly being pumped in through the air vents. It was overwhelming. Additionally, the house is separated into upstairs/downstairs units but there is no soundproofing between them. We could hear everything happening upstairs (music, TV, conversations, etc) all night long. If those two issues were addressed, we would love to return.

A delightful gem of a place at a good location. What a great place this was for our family of five. The 5-star ratings aren’t blowing smoke-we loved everything about the place. Communication was prompt when I had a question the day before we were scheduled to arrive. The kitchen was good with a large fridge and a good collection of utensils and such. It also has the laundry there, unconventional but worked well and great appliances. The layout was pleasant, and spacious, and the yard was lovely and well-kept. The house has a great deck with a covered seating area and also a dock area on the canal with its own seating. Just a lovely, restful place that made you want to spend more time.Location? Well, there’s good value in the spot - it’s a bit of a drive into Pensacola proper, but doable. It’s also a few minutes to the beach, but crucially you can get on the causeway while skipping the heavy traffic in central Gulf Breeze, so it’s quicker much of the time. There are good stores very close by, and a lovely picnic area on the water in the Naval Live Oak space nearby as well.This is the part I wrestle with whether to write, because I’d love to stay here again for similar cost: it was in a price range comparable to other places in town Pensacola or elsewhere in the Midway area to which it was decisively better. We felt we got GREAT value.
