Really nice place to stay. Very well equipped and attractive apartment in a nice complex just a short walk to all amenities and beach. 2 pools and a pool bar onsite. Good outdoor area leading on to garden and close to children’s playground.Great communication both prior to and during stay and easy to contact through WhatsApp.

Very good property

Nice location. Pool area could do with more beds that can be moved around (chained to ground) as well as more parasols (most broken). Description said the apartment had air conditioning which is why we booked, so very disappointed when there was none available. However there was enough wind to blow through apartment by opening windows. This just made us a bit nervous as it is a ground floor flat and we were wary of intruders, csts or hedehogs getting in. Apartment was clean and excellent for us with a very comfortable bed. Overall we would book again if back in Costa Teguise and we showed it to friends staying in a nearby hotel and they were impressed too.

Everything you could possibly need

Pros: The apartment has everything you could possibly need, even for a longer stay. It is spotlessly clean. The bed and pillows are of high quality, lovely and comfortable. Yes, some of the furniture is a little tired, as someone has commented on, but this is reflected in the price and is of canarian style and perfectly suitable. The photo of the bathroom is now a shower, not bath. The ability to open both the terrace sliding door and bedroom doors is a welcome bonus with a lovely breeze flowing through on warmer days. There’s even a heater for cooler nights. The apartment is perfect for families with children with the playground just off the terrace. The gated complex is extremely safe and secure with not only external gates but also internal. The complex is a good mix with many people living there so very quiet. The owner is very responsive and excellent instructions for check-in/keys location. He was so kind on our last day letting us stay until our evening flight. Thank you Rolf Cons: Not a major issue but just a heads up. The complex is towards the end of town with steps. This can be avoided if you walk along the road but there’s a lovely walk through the complex via the steps and along a pedestrian park. May not be suitable for visitors with mobility issues

Tutto sommato rilassante

L'appartamento era come descritto sul sito, tutti i confort,il proprietario molto attento nel rispondere a qualsiasi esigenza, peccato però che avrebbe bisogno di più manutenzione. Mobili usurati alcuni rovinati. In compenso un letto molto comodo!
