In the evening, unwind at The Savoy for a lively patio atmosphere.

This home is a 4-plex with separate units. Your reservation includes the entire first-floor unit with a private entrance and exclusive use of all interior spaces on the first level (kitchen, living areas, bedrooms, and bathrooms). There are no shared interior spaces with other guests or residents.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire first-floor unit of our 4-plex, including a private entrance, full kitchen, living room, three bedrooms, and two full bathrooms.

Parking is in the driveway (one lane, up to two cars), with additional parking possibly available upon request.

- Entire private unit: you have exclusive use of the full first-floor unit in a 4-plex with no shared interior spaces.

- Sleeping: sleeps 6 in beds (2 Kings + 1 Queen).

- Extra sleeping: an air mattress is available by request only and is not automatically provided. Please enter the accurate guest count at booking so we can prepare appropriately.

- Parking: driveway parking is one lane, up to two cars. Additional parking may be available upon request.

- Neighborhood courtesy: please be mindful of neighbors and keep noise to a respectful level, especially at night.
