Located near Bonita Beach and Estero Bay, this home is a great fit for families or groups looking for a relaxed Southwest Florida stay close to the water, beaches, dining, shopping, boat rentals, kayak and paddleboard rentals, fishing, and sunset cruises.

Inside, the home includes bright open living spaces, a full kitchen, dining areas, fast Wi-Fi, smart TVs, and comfortable sleeping arrangements.

The bedroom setup includes a primary bedroom with king bed, private bath, soaking tub, and separate walk-in shower; a guest bedroom with queen bed; a guest bedroom with two queen-over-queen bunk beds plus a full-size trundle; and an additional family room sleeping option with a full-size sleeper sofa.

Outside, guests can enjoy the enclosed lanai, outdoor seating, dining space, grill, café lights, fire table, and a comfortable covered area beneath the home for relaxing after beach days or time on the water.

Bonita Beach is nearby, and beach access is public. Some local beaches, dining, rentals, and waterfront activities may be walkable or a short drive depending on the destination, weather, and guest preference. A car is recommended for exploring Bonita Springs, Fort Myers Beach, Naples, Lovers Key State Park, golf, shopping, and nearby attractions.

The reservation must reflect the correct number of overnight guests. Pets must be approved before arrival, and pet fees or pet rules may apply. Visitors, gatherings, parties, events, and larger groups are not allowed unless approved in advance. No smoking or vaping inside the home.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Trash must be placed in the designated outdoor bins, and longer stays may require guests to take trash out as needed to prevent overflow, odors, and pests. Early check-in is not guaranteed and depends on same-day turnover timing.
