'Villa Mercedes' is located in Artà and offers beautiful sea views. This two-story property features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, four bedrooms, one bathroom, and two additional bathrooms, accommodating up to six guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fan, washing machine, dryer, and satellite TV. A crib and two high chairs are also available.
Bedroom 1 has one single bed. Bedroom 2 has one double bed. Bedroom 3 has one double bed. Bedroom 4 has one double bed. The villa offers a private outdoor area with a garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace, and an outdoor shower. Enjoy a homemade meal on the terrace while taking in the fantastic sea views.
Parking is available in a garage and free on the street. Pets are not allowed. Air conditioning is not available. Five bicycles are provided. There is parking for motorcycles and bicycles.
Heating is available on request for an extra fee.
The property has strict recycling rules. Please check with the owner about these details upon arrival.
