The house was in a convenient and quiet location. This home has recently been renovated, so the kitchen and bathroom are updated. However, there were several maintenance and cleanliness issues. Most things were cosmetic, but still off-putting. One bedroom door had windows, so there was no privacy. Another bedroom door could not be shut completely. The front door deadbolt needs replaced. There was a piece of siding that was hanging off the house and the bottom step of the stairs leading to the front door was broken and a safety hazard. The towel rack in the bathroom was pulling out of the wall. The dishwasher had rancid water in the bottom. There was standing water in the veggie drawer in the refrigerator. The kitchen faucet was very loose. Finally, the dining room chairs upholstery was torn or completely missing, although they did have some cushions to try to cover it. Overall, the property could be a much better experience if the owner addressed the maintenance issues and improved attention to cleanliness and upkeep.
