Great location and amenities!

This was a great location for our sightseeing visit. Accommodations were comfortable and had everything we needed. This is an ideal place for anyone who appreciates the charm of an older home.

perfect location, great "home base"

We stayed three nights at this location and were grateful to have a "home base" to work out of as we toured St. Louis. We were close to everything we wanted to experience and had easy access to the highways. The house is older, so it has older home qualities, but it is well cared for, modernly decorated, and has most of the amenities we needed. Communication with the host was minimal, but she responded to each inquiry. I highly recommend this house for your St. Louis vacation.

Mini Vaca

This was my second time staying on this property. Close to all the activities we wanted to do. Quiet neighborhood. Just a few wear and tear things that could be fixed up but nothing major. We will stay again!

Short Stay

Stayed at this location to attend a conference at the Americas Center. Appreciated the location, cleanliness and easy access. We appreciated the home instead of a hotel with a bunch of people. We had no issue with this property at all. Thanks!

Perfect For What We Needed

My family and I were just stopping for the night. It was extremely kid friendly and had everything we needed for the night. It was an easy drive to the zoo and a short drive from the Magic House.

We loved our time here. Excellent location and great accommodation for young kids. The two bedrooms, spacious lounge and large kitchen/dining area made it perfect for our stay! Thank you! We would definitely stay again!

Great weekend stay!

Everything was great, Maria the host was very responsive. Chairs on the porch could use updating and a table and chairs out back would be great as well. We would stay again.

Location was great but this is definitely a “no frills” property. Linens & bedding need updating, especially the pillows. They were flat and yellow stained, one was even ripped with the stuffing coming out. The floors are sinking & water came in the back bedroom with heavy rains. An older home with issues is understandable, but adding extra touches like nicer, newer bedding and enough matching towels & wash cloths for all guests would really help enhance the property. Neighborhood is old but felt safe and was quiet. We were less than 20 minutes from everything we wanted to do. Host was quick to respond when asked about anything. Overall, you get what you pay for and it was reasonably priced.

Perfect house for myself, two kids and husband to stay over night. Maria was wonderful when we had a slight change of plans and had to bring our kids with. Would stay again.

Perfect location quaint home

The rental was clean and orderly. Maria was quick and helpful when answering a question I had. They had a lot of amenities for a baby which was very helpful
