Our studio combine modern comfort with elegant Cycladic design, offering welcoming atmosphere just a short walk from the black-sand beach. Studio features an open-plan layout with a double bed (or twin bed), a private bathroom and a balcony.
The studios include air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, a small fridge, kettle, and essential amenities.
Guests also have access to the hotel’s swimming pool and communal lounge, making Bella Santorini a relaxing base for discovering the island.

The space
Bella Studios Santorini is a contemporary complex of studios and apartments that harmoniously blends modern design with traditional Cycladic architecture. We invite you to relax and experience the warmth of Santorinian hospitality in an atmosphere of comfort and understated luxury.
Built in 2007 and located just 250 meters from the black-sand beach of Perivolos, our complex offers the ideal setting for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.
We feature 25 spacious rooms, each with a private balcony, designed to provide a welcoming environment for our guests. The sun terrace and large swimming pool with an outdoor Jacuzzi create the perfect spot for leisurely days under the Aegean sun.

Only 8 km from Fira (the capital) and 250m from the spectascular beach of Perivolos, Bella Santorini is ideal for those who seek relaxation by the beach and romantic walks and vivid nightlife in the capital.

How to find us

From the Port:
Follow the route from Athinios (port) to Perissa / Perivolos.
1 km after passing the crossroad to Akrotiri / Red Beach you are entering the village of Emporio.
On the first crossroad you are going right to Agios Georgios / Perivolos Beach / Vlihada.
You will find Bella Santorini in your left hand in 2km.

From the Airport:
Follow the route from Airport to Messaria.
In Messaria you will go left for Perissa / Perivolos.
1 km after passing the crossroad to Akrotiri / Red Beach you are entering the village of Emporio.
On the first crossroad you are going right to Agios Georgios / Perivolos Beach / Vlihada.
You will find Bella Santorini in your left hand in 2km.

I chose this neighborhood because Perissa offers a unique combination of relaxation and natural beauty. It’s known for its stunning black sand beach and a more laid-back atmosphere compared to busier parts of the island.
What I enjoy most is the easy rhythm of life here—morning walks along the beach, swimming in the clear waters, and relaxing at seaside tavernas. The area has a very welcoming and authentic feel, where you can truly unwind and enjoy the island at your own pace.
At the same time, Perissa has plenty to offer, with great restaurants, beach bars, and local shops all within easy reach. It’s the perfect place for guests who want to enjoy both tranquility and a lively seaside experience.
