Prepare your favorite meal in the newly-renovated kitchen with brand-new quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and French county cabinets. There's more than enough seating for your whole group in the spacious dining nook. If you have any work to complete before you can play, set up shop at the full-size desk in the living area. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
