Featuring family heirlooms and smart TVs, the elegant and light-filled main house is brimming with New England charm. Find comfort and convenience with two private suites -- each occupying an entire floor. A detached oar and boat house provide extra lodging and kitchen space.

The historic footbridge is a quick 3-minute stroll, giving you easy access to the best of Boothbay Harbor shopping, dining, and adventure.

MAIN HOUSE

Serve hors d'oeuvres in the inviting living room. Or watch favorite shows in the sunlit family room, detailed with a large smart TV.

Prepare tasty meals in the sparkling full kitchen. Sip morning coffee at a breakfast table for four. Chill favorite bottles in the wine fridge, then gather in the lovely dining room for eight.

Occupying the entire lower level, the spacious primary suite features a private entrance, floor-to-ceiling windows, a smart TV, and a king bed. The en-suite bathroom holds a walk-in shower, while an en-suite kitchenette includes a microwave, a Keurig, and a mini-fridge.

Occupying the whole top floor, the roomy second suite has a queen bed, a walk-in closet, and a harbor-view balcony. Extras include a Keurig and a mini-fridge. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower.

The third bedroom holds a full-size bed, while the fourth bedroom includes a smart TV, a full-size bed, and a twin bed with a twin trundle. The fifth bedroom has two twin beds.

The guest bathroom is fitted with a clawfoot tub/shower combination, and a half bath provides added convenience.

Dine alfresco on the harbor-view deck, then enjoy after-dinner drinks by a charming fountain on the covered back patio.

OAR HOUSE

The detached oar house is a quaint studio cottage with a full-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

A convenient kitchenette includes a sink, microwave, Keurig, and mini-fridge.

BOAT HOUSE

Attached to the private dock, the boat house is a roomy studio cottage with a full-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Additional highlights include a well-equipped kitchen, and a cheery sitting area with an electric fireplace.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Fire up the brand-new gas grill and cookout by your scenic private dock, featuring deep water moorings as well as provided boats and kayaks.

EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS

Enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi, and a library of books and games. Telescopes, beach chairs, and a Pack 'n Play are also provided in the rental.

Great location and accomodations!

The property met all of our needs of a large group. Plenty of space to spend time together, while having privacy too! Sunset cocktails at the deck/dock were unbeatable!!

Great place on the water and near town

We rented the main house along with the two cottages and it’s a great setup for a big family—walking distance to lots of restaurants and right on the water. We brought a boat and the dock is in a calm spot and always has water at low tide. The house can get warm during the day if it’s a nice day out, but it cools off fine with fans at night. We also appreciated the kayaks.

Location is great...privacy..but easy walking to town, restaurants. Charming furnished...nice to have separate cottages. Parking good...a bonus....wish they took pets.

Fun Family Time in Boothbay Harbor

Stayed here on a family trip and it was lovely. Great town, great location, very spacious, nice amenities. Only a minor issue when checking in and Wifi only in the main house. Which I didn't mind, it was nice to disconnect. Overall great stay. We really enjoyed our trip.

Great Views

Amazing views. Great location. Plenty of space with 3 separate buildings. Boat house is quiet. Main house a bit noisy with main road and hotel/restaurant next door, especially when keeping windows and doors open for breezes to cool down house on warm summer days.

Beautiful home for big families!

This was a wonderful home for big families. To celebrate my 80th birthday, my 4 grown children, their spouse and children joined me for a total of 11 plus a baby. Each family had their own space, using the boat house, oar house, ground level apartment and 3rd floor suite. The grandkids and I shared the 3 bedrooms on the second floor. There was plenty of space in the family room, dining room and living room for family time. We also enjoyed the dock overlooking the harbor.

Great wedding party

Great place for family to gather for a wedding party. Boat house on dock is prime cocktail lounge. Main house has 5 large bedrooms, and big kitchen for family to gather and cook lobster. Major lobster wholesale/retail facility is on the docks, 150 yards down to road. Perfect introduction to New England for out of towers. Locals couldn't be nicer.

Booth Bay Gem

It was a beautiful setting on the bay! The property is a few minute walk across the foot bridge from the restaurants and pubs . and the shops. The grocery store in town was quite reasonable if you choose to cook your own meals. Plenty of cool day trips within 2 hours as well. Our group of 12 had a blast! Lobster 🦞 and adult beverages on the grill while sitting on the deck at sunset on the bay…EPIC!

This is what dreams are made of

We had a family of 14 staying at the above site. All aspects of this location were amazing. There was enough room for us to have a great family time as well as the ability to get away if we needed to. The property was fantastic as it was right on the water and had kayaks and boats we could use. We were just minutes away from the walking bridge, which brought us into downtown Boothbay Harbor. The location was perfect as we were close to great restaurants, breweries, distilleries, and any excursion, we wanted to take part in. While , we had a couple of small issues, the property manager immediately responded and took care of everything. Best customer service ever!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house/property was great. Ideal for a large party with the 3 homes on property. Within walking distance from the footbridge as well as to a fresh seafood shop which we visited frequently to purchase fresh lobster and cook at home. This charming former captain’s home, built in the early 1900s, is intentionally preserved to reflect its historic character and coastal heritage. In keeping with the home’s age and history, the owners have chosen to retain many original features, including the pedestal bathroom sinks, traditional kitchen layout, and classic architectural details. Updates and improvements have been made thoughtfully over time to maintain the integrity of the property while ensuring it remains comfortable and functional for guests. Some bad, some good

Upon arrival the property had not been cleaned. It was taken care of by 8pm, after some phone calls. The fountain and landscaping were a mess and the property was not stocked with bath tissue, paper towels etc. There is no coffee maker and the master suite is not accessible from the main house, you need to go outside to access it. The location and dock are breathtaking and town is so close! The property is spacious, making it easy to spread out and have a variety of sleeping areas. Lots of chairs on the dock and the kayaks were great.
