The fully fenced backyard is perfect for families, complete with a swing set and in ground trampoline. Located just 15 minutes from Sundance Mountain Resort, and close to great restaurants, shopping, and outdoor recreation. Campus visits are a breeze with BYU and the MTC only 10 minutes away, and UVU just 15 minutes out.

Such a perfect size and location for my youngest daughter and I! It was perfectly appointed and we didn’t want for anything. The off street parking with a private entrance was a nice surprise. Super close to food and shopping. We loved it! We wouldn’t hesitate to book this unit again in the future!

This apartment was beautifully decorated, had high quality furnishings, a comfortable bed, was exceptionally clean, had a well stocked kitchenette, and was perfect for our stay. Communication with the host was prompt and clear. The price was fantastic. It was a 10 out of 10 stay.

This basement apartment is beautiful, comfortable, extremely clean, and quiet! We were so impressed and grateful for all the comforts provided and the attention to detail to make our stay perfect and enjoyable! We arrived very late and Taylor made sure both beds were prepped and sleep-ready for weary travelers! It melted our hearts and felt like home! We definitely recommend this safe haven and lovely place! We’ll choose this again and again!
