You arrive just as the sun hits the water. Palms swaying, the pool already sparkling like it’s been waiting for you. Shoes off, doors open, and suddenly the line between inside and outside disappears.
Morning starts at the kitchen island. Coffee, quiet, soft light pouring in and the house slowly fills with that easy, unplanned rhythm. The living room softens into movie mode, then fades into calm bedrooms where everything feels still.

Welcome to your Southport stay—designed for easy, open living just minutes from everything the Gold Coast has to offer. You’re close to beaches, cafes, shopping, and theme parks—making it an ideal base for both relaxation and exploring.
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire main house, including all indoor living areas, backyard, and pool.
Please note there is a separate granny flat at the rear of the property, which is rented to a long-term tenant. The granny flat has its own private entrance, and there are no shared spaces. The tenant does not have access to the pool or any areas of the main house.
For parking, street parking is available directly outside the property. The carport is reserved for the long-term tenant.
To ensure privacy for both guests and the tenant, windows in the granny flat are fitted with security screening and privacy treatments.

Quick Pre-Check-In (Easy & Secure)
Because this is a self-check-in home with no on-site staff, we use a simple pre-check-in process to keep everything running smoothly for our guests and the property.
After your booking is confirmed, we’ll send you a short pre-check-in form that takes just a couple of minutes to complete. It includes:
Photo ID verification (standard for many short-stay homes) $300 refundable security deposit, fully returned within 3 days of checkout, provided the home is left in a reasonable condition.
This process helps us ensure a safe, well-maintained space for everyone — and allows us to offer a seamless, contact-free check-in experience.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Standard check-in is from 3:00 pm, and check-out is by 10:00 am.
Early check-in or late check-out requests must be submitted at least one day in advance and are subject to availability. Unfortunately, same-day requests can’t be accommodated.
If the home happens to be ready earlier on the day, we’ll always let you know — otherwise, we appreciate your understanding as our cleaning team needs adequate time to prepare the space for a comfortable stay.
Starter Supplies
We provide a starter supply of essential items to help you settle in at the beginning of your stay.
This includes basics such as toilet paper, hand soap, dishwashing liquid, and cleaning essentials. These supplies are intended to get you started and may not last for the full duration of longer stays, so guests are encouraged to top up as needed.
