Summary:
Two charming bungalows, right next door to each other, offering comfort, convenience, and thoughtful touches for groups who want to stay close while enjoying their own space.
The Space:
• Two fully private side-by-side cottages on E Front Avenue — each with its own dedicated entrance, no shared walls, and completely self-contained living — available together as a single booking for larger groups
• Combined 1,954 sq ft of living space across both units — enough room for up to 8 guests to spread out comfortably without anyone feeling on top of each other
• Each cottage functions independently with its own kitchen, bathroom, living room, and sleeping arrangements — ideal for two families, a multi-generational group, or friends who want to be together while still having privacy and space
• One private parking space per cottage plus additional street parking
Sleeping
• Cottage 1 — King bedroom, queen bedroom — sleeps up to 4
• Cottage 2 — King bedroom, sofa sleeper in the living — sleeps up to 4
Total sleeping capacity: 8 guests across 3 dedicated bedrooms plus the sofa sleeper
Kitchens & Living
• Both cottages are fully equipped with everything needed — no hunting for equipment, no sharing appliances between units
• Smart TVs in both living rooms — two separate spaces means two groups can watch different things, or everyone gathers in one
Outdoor Living
• Shared beautifully maintained common backyard — the connection between the two cottages, a calm and inviting common area
