Construction Advisory

Exterior concrete repair and painting work is part of a complex-wide project anticipated between January 5, 2026 and August 14, 2027. Construction activity elsewhere in the complex may result in intermittent weekday noise during work hours (Monday–Friday approximately 8:00 AM–5:00 PM).

Construction schedules may change due to weather or operational needs. Construction-related noise, restricted lanai access, or inconvenience does not qualify for refunds, discounts, or compensation.
