The property is beautiful! It was everything we wanted and needed. Very clean with all the amenities. The hostess responded promptly when ever we contacted them and the check-in and out was so simple! Loved that we could walk to grab a bite to eat or just check out some shopping. The best part was the 3 min walk to the private beach which was very clean and the perfect beach for shelling! We loved this place so much we are concerning rented both 1 and 2 units next season so we can bring our whole family.

Property was clean and management company is responsive. They called almost every day which was not necessary. Kitchen had most needed items but no cooking oils or spices…a very small amount of salt and pepper was available. Bedroom ceiling fan stopped working but AC was effective. Provided a cooler (no ice packs), grill, beach chairs, and cart. All good. If I were to complain about anything it’s that “private beach access”. It’s fairly nonsense. It’s an extremely narrow wedge of beach, 20’ wide at most, between two busy and packed beach front hotels that won’t allow you even an inch on their space. Yet those hotels move cones arbitrarily daily to further encroach upon this “private beach”. What you get is a small section that other people use to enter and exit the area. Nothing private about any of it and I heard multiple people complaining about how ridiculous it was to advertise it as such. The pool access was next door but was an appealing to my pool-loving teen. All that said, the beach is a block away. 7-11 on the corner. Good location.

Having the beach just a short walk away and a convenient location near local favorites is one of the things guests enjoy most about Sun N Sea #1, Matt. We're glad you found the home clean, well-equipped for beach days, and that the A/C kept you comfortable after the ceiling fan stopped working.  We also appreciate your honest feedback. Our Guest Relations team follows up on any maintenance requests to make sure issues have been resolved and that nothing else is needed, though we understand that everyone's preferred level of communication is different. For future guests, our guest binder includes a dedicated section with photos and step-by-step directions showing how to access both the beach and pool from the property, making those amenities easier to locate and enjoy. Thanks again for sharing your experience. We hope to welcome you back to Siesta Key for another relaxing getaway.
