Super clean and exactly like the photos. Took our two kids and was the perfect size for us. Basically just needed to pack clothes because the house had everything else you could possibly need. The walk to the beach is indeed 5 mins and so convenient. Would definitely stay again! Thanks for having us Matthew

My 3 adult daughters and I stayed 2 nights. There were snacks and water when we arrived which was nice. Games and comfortable couches with warm blanket throws. Very clean. Host was very responsive. Close to the beach and places to eat. The only drawback was the beds. Everyone likes different types of mattresses so this isn't necessarily a negative. The room with the king size mattress was softer than the queen. We felt like the queen was pretty hard. The pillows weren't very soft and didn't give when laying on them. I give those descriptions because that works for some people. It didn't work for us. Everything else was great and we did like staying there.
