Our home is thoughtfully designed with comfort and convenience in mind. Located directly across the street from Churchill Downs and just a short walk from the University of Louisville’s baseball and football stadiums, it offers an unbeatable stay for both leisure and event-goers.

The house comfortably sleeps 7 guests, with the option to accommodate up to 9 if needed. While the exterior is modest, stepping inside reveals a modern open‑concept layout featuring a stunning electric fireplace that sets the tone for relaxation.

Before reaching the bedrooms, you’ll find a dedicated workspace just off the kitchen—perfect for catching up on work during your trip. Throughout the home, you’ll discover tamper‑resistant outlets, some equipped with USB-A and USB-C ports, offering both safety and convenience for families.

Each bedroom includes its own closet, blackout curtains, and a ceiling fan to ensure a peaceful night’s sleep. Outside, enjoy a private backyard and two-car parking for added convenience.
