With a full bath, a warm and welcoming living area, and a well-appointed kitchen with modern appliances, you’ll have everything needed to relax and feel at home.

Step outside to enjoy the private outdoor patio surrounded by beautiful gardens—an ideal space for morning coffee or evening relaxation. A circular stairway connects the living area and bedroom, enhancing the home’s distinctive charm. Enjoy easy access to bike paths, nature, Provincetown’s shops, dining, beaches, and National Seashore trails, all within a short walk or bike ride. This cozy retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort, privacy, and local charm. We look forward to welcoming you to our place.

We prefer to book longer stays (6-7 days). But will consider shorter stays if availability permits. Thank you.

Brett is a wonderful, likable, responsive and easy to work w host. The condo is very comfortable, quiet and clean… and the bed is a good one! All things I look for… there is a wonderful private deck w gorgeous white hydrangeas… oh and the art! Wonderful collection of original art throughout the condo… being an artist myself I appreciated being surrounded by creative energy. I hope to be back next summer.

The condo is charming. The parking space was clearly marked. It is a short walk down sets of steps with lovely landscaping to the condo. The main floor of the condo includes a roomy sitting room, kitchen with eating table and bathroom. The decor is a mixture of old and new with enjoyable artwork. The sitting room includes 2 comfortable sofas. The kitchen has an ample frig with a freezer. The cooking stove is more than adequate. The sink does not immediately stop dripping but it works well. There are plenty of plates, glasses and utensils for a small group. Off of the eating area is a beautiful patio with seating for at least 10 people. The landscaping is wonderful. The bathroom includes a toilet, sink and shower. There could be a few shelves added to the bathroom for toiletries. The circular staircase up to the second floor and down to the washer/dryer is a bit tight when carrying luggage or a laundry basket. The washer/dryer is small so you need to do more than one load if you have more than a few black towels. The upstairs has the master. The bed is fine but larger people may need a larger bed. There is one chair, The closet hold a lot of clothes. There are also drawers. The upstairs bath also needs a few shelves for toiletries. The water pressure and temperature are great. The 2 AC units work well. Note that the walk into the condo and the stairway require able-bodies vacationers. The walk into town is a bit difficult as the entire walk does not have supporting sidewalk.

Our Host, Brett was wonderful to communicate with. The place was beautiful comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. It was easy to get to Herring Cove and Race Point.We enjoyed sitting on the deck with all of the stunning plants, it was a great way to relax in such a serene environment. The next time we are in Provincetown we definitely would stay there again.
