Stay in a cozy, modern private ADU in Magnolia with its own entrance and small patio. Bright and thoughtfully designed, the space features a separate bedroom with a full bed plus a sofa that converts to a twin, sleeping up to 4. Enjoy a kitchenette with a compact electric cooktop, microwave, espresso machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and AC. 3 min walk to bus (24/31), 10 min to Magnolia Village, near Discovery Park and views, 5 min drive to Pier 91. Easy street parking. No pets.

The unit is clean, comfortable and very nicely decorated. It looks exactly the same as the pictures. The check in and check out was very easy and the host was very responsive.

Wanted for nothing! The bed and sofa-bed were very comfortable, the facilities in the kitchen and bathroom worked perfectly well. Magnolia was a lovely neighbourhood to walk about in, and it was relaxing stay for us at the flat.

Beautiful, very large living room/bedroom suite, immaculate, every detail thought of (umbrellas, treats, cold drinks, bath products, wonderful bed, very quiet. Enjoyed everything. Not near shops but in quiet residential area, 20 min walk to good grocery stores and cafes. Super easy check in and out.

Really great property with amazing owners. Check in was super easy. The unit is practically brand new. The owners provide all the necessitates needed for a weekend stay. Some of the more thoughtful items include small snacks, sparkling water in the fridge, fresh coffee beans... We felt a bit spoiled! If it helps others, a lot of the soaps and food were pretty clean (healthy). They went above and beyond to provide us a blender when we realized we hadn't checked the listing to see if one was provided as well! When we ran into one of the owners, he had fantastic recommendations for some off the beaten path experiences close to the rental to enjoy. The location was perfect for use to jet off to various sites around Seattle. Couldn't have been happier with choice to go with this unit.

Seth and his family were wonderful guests! Communication was great throughout their stay, and they left the suite spotless and treated everything with care. They were friendly, respectful, and a pleasure to host. Our dogs absolutely loved meeting them too!
