Come enjoy your stay in this beautifully upgraded Ocean View flat.
Recently renovated, each room comes with new furniture, bedding and window treatments.
Kitchen comes nicely equipped with newer appliances, air fryer, cabinets and countertops.
The master bedroom contains a king bed and the guest bedroom contains a queen bed. The living room has a pull out sofa bed for plenty of room for the whole family.
Walk straight out of the back sliding glass doors and head to the pool or take a few steps further to the beach.
East facing master bedroom and living room means a beautiful sunrise every morning of your stay!

Great condo this is our second time renting and have another vacation scheduled. Feels like a second home. Very clean. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals.Management is very responsive.Location is perfect for us.

Nice condo Very cleanNice bedsEverything you need in kitchenNice living room furniture The only downside is that you can’t get the condo cooler than 70 and although I understand their reasoning for it, women going through menopause are not able to get it cool enough Overall I would recommend this condo and I personally would stay there again myself

Yes, the host were quite cordial and the amenities were everything that they said they were even more so we had a great time. Everything was fantastic. Truly a five star stay my wife was very pleased. It was just great. We intend to come back again next year and try to do it one more time. Thank you so much for a great day. You guys be blessed.

Thank you again for choosing us for your stay! We wish we could allow pets too, but the Summerhouse HOA does not allow it for renters and will evict guests with an unauthorized pet. We are so glad you enjoyed our home in St. Augustine and we hope to host you again. We do host other properties that are pet friendly.

Great place to rent. It had easy access to both the pool and beach and worked out great while visiting friends for a last minute summer trip. The place was well equipped and I loved the openness of it.
