This wonderful Sun Bird townhome is perfect for a sweet escape to the mountains of Sun Valley. On a beautiful summer evening, the balcony is the ideal place to relax and sip on your favorite beverage after a day of hiking. In the winter, after a day on the mountain, you can come back and take advantage of the full kitchen to whip a nice home-cooked meal. Afterward, you can curl up, watch a movie, and soak in the warmth of the gas fireplace with the family dog at your feet. No one will want to leave this paradise.

What's nearby:
With a stay at this centrally located home, guests will be close to fishing, skiing, hiking, and more! Steps away, the local bike path offers trails leading all over the valley. For the skier and snowboarders of the group, River Run Ski Lifts are a walk away. Downtown Ketchum, just under one mile away, has an abundance of shopping, dining, and entertainment for all to enjoy. Plus, if you have the itch to practice your drive, head over to Bigwood Golf Course and play a round while soaking up the sun.

*The Twin Bunk Room is located off the garage and there is no bathroom on that level. In addition it has an exterior door that exits out of the property and therefore is not suitable for young children. All other bedrooms are on different levels of the home.

Lovely home in the woods down a quiet road with ocean views and a short walk to the beach. High quality artistic finishes, a well appointed kitchen and overall, very comfortable home.

Great

Great location and 2 car garage. Besides a loose toilet seat and some dirty pans, the place was very good. We would defiantly rent again.

Great house in a great location

The house was very well appointed (the kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils as well as spices and oils; the bathrooms also had plenty of towels, soaps and paper) and was very clean. Loved being right on the bike path for dog walks. The garage was handy for our bikes and cars. We would love to come back again.

Loved this condo!

This place was perfect for me and my 3 buddies on our annual ski trip. The condo is beautiful, the kitchen well stocked to cook, and the location is unbeatable. We just carried our skis up the lil hill outside and skated to the base on the trail- 5 minutes door to door. You can easily walk along the path as well (it's beautiful).

We loved the morning stroll to the river run base through the woods along the stream. The evening alpenglow walk was magical. We had a blast walking into town the evenings. Safe and easy stroll to shops and great dining. The shuttle stop is 2 houses away and the gild/silver bus stop is 2 blocks away. The condo was well stocked and very comfortable for 3 couples. The master suite included jacuzzi tub, steam shower and a study. We can’t wait to come back

A month in Ketchum

Great location and wonderful little, three bedroom condo. I'm getting a little old for two staircases to get to the master bedroom but I can handle it for a few more years. We'll be back!

Clean place, great location, no AC, bad neighbors

Great location, clean place, plenty of room, but some things happened at the property, which were concerning. Within 30 seconds of us pulling up to the property, the next door neighbor came over and told us the ground rules of the complex and that she would report us for pretty much anything. Very intruding and it set a bad tone. The first thing I did when we walked in the door was check the place out for damage so we wouldn’t get blamed. There was 1 small thing, which I won’t mention because the management acknowledged it and came and looked it and took a pic. I also mentioned that the main, big garbage was full to the top. It wasn’t even garbage day and I’m grateful they took care of it, but the most concerning thing, was that the management didn’t tell us they were coming. They just entered the property, opened the garage and took care it. While I’m grateful they did, it’s not a good feeling when someone enters your locked home without a heads up. We had quite a few valuables in the garage and the kids were staying In the bunk room, which was in the side of the garage as well. Overall it’s a nice place with a great location, but the way a few things were handled will never make me stay there again.

We were in town for a wedding and this place was great for a few couples with convenient access to town. The home is well maintained and outfitted with everything we needed. They also have a few bikes in the garage which was a nice bonus! My only small negative is that there was no A/C and we were there during a heat spell with 90+ temps, so it got very warm but I think that’s unusual weather in this area so very rarely an issue. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location and well stocked townhouse

Super clean, well stocked kitchen and awesome location within walking distance to town and the ski hill. Easy check in process and communication with the property manager to add our dog to the reservation at the last minute.

Great location

Condo was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Gas fireplace was nice to warm you up. Best thing for us was it was literally yards away from the Wood River trail. It's a quarter of a mile walk to the main gondola for skiing and the Wood River Trail goes all the way down to Hailey and they groom it at least every other day. We skate skied and fat tire biked on the trail.
