Great property with tons of space and nice amenities. Very close to downtown Ketchum. We walked in to town each day and it took about 10 min. Very enjoyable stay.

Ideal accommodations in Ketchum

The townhouse we stayed in was excellent in every way. It was located close to town and the slopes. It was comfortable and spacious. It had everything we needed. We look forward to going back.

These are very nice units. Unfortunately, there was a terrible smell (dead animal/garbage that Vacasa didn’t respond until our last day.

Great location and perfect layout!

Our group of 6 adults stayed here for a long weekend and it was absolutely awesome. The home’s layout meant each pair had their own level of the home with their own bathroom, plus it’s only a 7-min walk into town. The only thing I’ll mention is the listing’s note about the garage being on the smaller side is true - we rented a 6 person Chevrolet and it was a very tight squeeze to get the garage closed - but we were able to make it work! Our group will 100% be looking to book this place again for our next ski trip to Sun Valley!

Great location

This townhouse is in a great location! Very comfortable. Be aware that the basement does not have air conditioning, and there are about 32 stairs from the kitchen down to the laundry / basement bedroom. Also, the dryer hardly worked, and the upstairs bathroom had a weird smell like trash or a dead animal. We could find nothing.

Great location...could of used some cleaning

Loved the location just a short walk to town. Could have used a few more cooking utensils etc. Heat system needs more instructions. Not clean. There was dust and cobwebs and floors were dirty. Decks had not been cleaned. I think it has been awhile since it was rented. Overall lovely home.

Management awful great place but…..

In my bath several lights out and zero lights in a 100 recent black closet. Management talked to my several times but never did a single thing about the problem. We could not see!!

Location, cozy, perfect vacation.

Check in and communication during our stay was fantastic. Excellent well stocked home and kitchen, especially. We loved cooking at home. No clutter, beds are wonderful, gas fireplace was amazing and easy to use television. Heated floors on the first floor master suite and super warm house. Felt safe. Fantastic views. Beware, three flights of stairs- one bedroom and bath on each floor. Fantastic heated garage- we rented a wagooner and it fit snug. What a treat to have a warm vehicle. Not a fan of the washer and dryer, took several cycles to dry clothes. The leather couch and throw pillows were not comfortable- my only cons. This house is ideal for family or couples or pals. My family walked back a few times from sun valley skiing ( 10 minutes ) and used the bus system. Figure out the bus system- can be confusing. Minutes into town. Sun valley village 7 minutes away via car. Amazing stay and my three kids between ages 14-27 loved it. What a super special home for a much needed family vacation. Biggest take home message for this ski trip, don’t overpack!!

Amazing Sun Valley stay

This home is perfect! From the gorgeous mountain views, 3 suites on 3 separate floors, and every amenity you could want or need! Location was key to downtown restaurants and shops and super close to River Run. Just a few blocks away from all of the excitement! Quiet and peaceful and gorgeous. Would love to stay here again sometime!
