River Bank Lodge 2919 is a great location for the family. The condo is within walking distance of either the River Run Gondola or Peru Lift. The free Keystone Shuttle service is steps away and will take you throughout the resort. The Dercum Square Ice Rink and Kidtopia Headquarters are adjacent to the condo as well.

Watch the Kidtopia fireworks during the peak winter season every Saturday from the large windows in the living area as you warm your toes by the gas fireplace. The living area also features a TV, DVD player, and comfortable sofa and end chair.

This condominium features picture windows with ski area and mountain views. The bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and flatscreen TV. There is one fully remodeled bathroom off the hall.

The kitchenette is equipped with a small stove/oven, microwave oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher. A dining table with seating is located off the living room area. The living room boasts picture windows and mountain views, a full sofa sleeper, a TV, and a gas fireplace.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Great stay for a family of 4.

Our stay was pleasant. It’s a nice location and has a good view. The room was clean and had everything furnished with a fully functional kitchen. It was also nice to have access to a washer and dryer during our stay.

The place was very clean and tidy. There was just enough things for us in terms of kitchen items and we had everything we needed. Would recommend booking again with them!

Nice, clean place just a short walk from River Run. This made it super-easy to get to the lift each morning. Great view out of the living room window as well. Has everything you’ll need for a nice stay. Only real issue was with the refrigerator freezing the fruits & vegetables I put in there. Lastly, don’t bother asking about early check-in as they absolutely will not accommodate. Otherwise, great place & stay. I would happily go back.

Great location, home needs improvement.

The location is great. The views are nice and we liked sitting by the pond feeding the ducks and fish. The unit was quiet - we didn't hear any neighbors at all. The bed is absolutely terrible though.

Great for a weekend away

Other than being super hot when we arrived, we enjoyed the little condo. Only 2 windows open so very little air movement on a hotter day. The house was nicely stocked with necessities.

Amazing area!

The only issue we had was keeping the unit cool. It was very hot at night, which made sleeping a little difficult.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION

This property is in perfect distance to the ski lifts and has adequate space for 2-3 but no more. The interiors are now a little dated but you I can overlook that for location! The bed was super comfy and the kitchen had all the amenities we needed. The shower head needs changing but the bathroom space is great. The icing on the cake is the large windows facing an unobstructed view of the mountain which is so nice to wake up to!

Great location!

The unit was great, short walk to the lifts, shopping and restaurants. Unbeatable view for the price. Only downfall was the fireplace wasn’t working, took multiple days and multiple conversations before someone would come check it out, followed by not being able to have a “fireplace repair service ” available till after my stay. Bottom line the unit is well worth the value.

Summer

The view was spectacular. Got to see a moose every night. The only down side was it got super hot in the afternoon, there was only one window to open, but it didn’t help getting the cool air inside. I recommend getting some fans for the house during the summer. Lucky we brought a fan from past experience.

Nice condo with little problems

This condo offers a great view and a well-equipped kitchen, and the location is very convenient. However, I find it overpriced for what it delivers. The building is old and shows signs of wear, especially in the bathroom. The sink was clogged, and the TV remote controls had dead batteries. The bathroom fan was extremely noisy and easily heard from the living room I expected a higher standard from Vacasa.

Keystone Resort Stay

This property was in a really good location. It was clean and accurately listed and the kitchen was well stocked. There were a couple things we didn’t like that much but also didn’t take the time to put in maintenance requests. The bathroom toilet was a bit low on water pressure so didn’t really flush properly. The shower was also really slow to drain so we had to wait quite a bit of time to let it drain before the next person could shower. But overall I really liked this property!

Good spot, but not accurately listed.

Great location in Keystone. But taking off a couple stars because: the bed is not a queen, it is only a full. As a tall person, my feet stuck over the edge and I woke with a sore back. The fireplace didn't work at all. The ventilation is poor, because only 1 window partially opens. A couple other minor issues.

Unfortunately, these units only have one window in the living area, although it is a large window it does not open up completely. There is another window on the other side of the unit in the bedroom. The fireplace has maintenance scheduled for the end of October. We hope that you will give us another opportunity to provide you with a much-improved experience in the future.

Great location with a lovely view. The service was good.The unit needs a serious deep clean and variety of maintenance. Could use a refresh. The table had one of the legs broken off and was in the way of the murphy bed (which we ended up sleeping on because of the condition of the BR). The main bedroom smelled of burnt dust if you turned the temp up. There was hairs and old stains on the duvet and pillow covers (they just need tossed). What looked to be a bloody booger smeared on the wall above the headboard. Big cobwebs in the corner. Cracked window pane. We ended up buying a blanket to use on the murphy bed and slept on top of a flat sheet. The sheets at least looked clean.Looks to be a leak behind the toilet that is damaging the trim/causing mildew. Also looked to be a bit of mildew in the shower stall. Exhaust fan is extremely loud. All the pocket doors are hard to use.Signs of moderate wear on some walls and floors.

Disappointed

The property is not as described. It is not recently renovated as implied. It says "remodeled", when would be my question. One wine glass, one plastic wine cup, and two glasses. The condo was clean, but the closets were cluttered with "stuff". The ceiling looks as if there was previous damage (perhaps water) and it was poorly repaired that the whole ceiling was not painted. You couldn't sit at the table without having to move furniture.

Vacasa ruined much of our getaway

Suffice it to say Vacasa was horrible to work with. Vacasa seems to do everything using boilerplate language. Many of the instructions and information pertained to other rental complexes, not the one we were in. No one ever dropped off parking passes as promised and we management had several signs threatening to boot cars without passes. We were on a 2-night getaway for a special occasion and I spent a few hours of it on text, calls, online trying to deal with Vacasa who has NO customer service skills. I will never deal with them again, nor should anyone else. Overall the condo was okay, but pretty much everything Vacasa told us was wrong so we wasted lots of time and effort trying to undo their mistakes. Go elsewhere and actually enjoy your time away. Oh, and if Vacasa posts a reply saying they are really sorry about this, my response is put your money where your mouth is and work on training your staff to actually help your clients.
