Enjoy such perks as a complimentary ski valet, a fitness room, a large heated outdoor pool, and eight on-site hot tubs after hitting the slopes all day.

Step into the open-plan living room to warm your toes by the gas fireplace, screen a favorite movie on TV, and share delicious snacks or a homemade meal prepared in the well-equipped kitchen. It features a spacious island, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the essential cookware and tableware.

Water House is a premier lodging destination in downtown Breckenridge, offering complimentary amenities that include an outdoor pool, multiple hot tubs, a fitness center, a movie theater, a ski valet, and ski storage. With the QuickSilver Super Chair just across Maggie Pond, Water House also gives you prime access to the 34 lifts, 187 trails, four terrain parks, and 2,908 acres of skiable terrain at Breckenridge. You'll be within easy walking distance of the Riverwalk that traces the banks of the Blue River and a wonderful assortment of shops, restaurants, breweries, and apres-ski spots along Main Street a few blocks north. Come summertime, fill your days with scenic lift rides, mountain hikes, thrilling rides on the Goldrunner Coaster and Alpine Slide, and relaxing rounds of golf at the Breckenridge Golf Club (five miles).

Great location!

We walked everywhere. Loved the layout of the 3/3 condo. It was super practical for a young family or grandparents and grandkids. The large pool is a plus as is the proximity to Maggie Pond.

Such a fun spot for a family vacation with little kids. Accessible to everything we wanted to do. Only hiccup was that the elevator was broken during our whole visit, and with a toddler and newborn, that made coming and going incredibly more difficult. But we survived. Would recommend.

Perfect location to town

We love that you can easily walk to town. We love the layout of the condo—two king bedrooms and one cool bunkbed room for kids. For the most part, it was clean and tidy. Just disappointed that the bathtubs hadn’t been scrubbed—one was really gross. We stayed there during Covid and everything was spotless. Just disappointed that it wasn’t that way, this time. Also lighting is not conducive to reading—dark in living room even with all the lights on.

Birthdays in Breck

The location is perfect for enjoying Breck shops and restaurants. Blue moose is definitely a go to for breakfast and it’s one of the best meals we had along with the à la cart crêpes. There is something to do for everyone in Breck. We really enjoyed AVA Whitewater rafting with Claudio, horseback riding and the epic discovery Center. And, if you enjoy visiting art galleries, Riatmans is pretty spectacular. The condo was perfect for a family of six. Having three bedrooms and bathrooms was great. The condo is well laid out, very comfortable and centrally located to the town. And we were very close to the hot tub which we really enjoyed. The only complaint we had is that the lighting was not very bright throughout the condo. We would definitely stay there again !!!

Great place!

Comfortable beds, nice bathrooms and excellent kitchen for cooking great meals! Excellent condo for entertaining and relaxing. Only negative: Parking and signage is horrible. We spent an hour in the parking garages with other guests trying to figure out where we were going.

Great location and overall value!

Great proximity to ski slopes and short walk to main town center. Well equipped and furnished unit. Overall a great stay. Would recommend check out microwave functionality and enhance function of tvs to include Netflix/streaming.
