With three bedrooms across 1,612 square feet of elbow room, this top-floor condo in Breckenridge has all the space your family needs for your next vacation. Best of all, this ski-in/out retreat is only a matter of steps from the Snowflake Lift, ensuring you're always among the first on the slopes.

Step inside to find a living room with vaulted, 20-foot ceilings (as well as a sofabed for additional sleeping space). It's the perfect spot for a family game night or a movie or two on the large TV. Prepare your favorite meals in the gorgeous kitchen, and enjoy them either on the private balcony or at the attractive dining table. In the evenings, join your kids for games of Ping-Pong and air hockey in the community game room, then retire to one of the hot tubs for a good soak.

When it's time to explore the shops, activities, and eateries of downtown Breckenridge, you'll won't have to go far! Be sure to check out the many unique shops and eateries at Street Station, La Cima Mall, and Towne Square Mall. You'll also love your après-ski meals at the excellent local restaurants, including Empire Burger, The Canteen Tap House and Tavern, Downstairs at Eric's, and Flip Side Breckenridge.

Things to Know
Please note that this condo does not have air conditioning.
The steam rooms, lift ticket office, Charter Sports (equipment rentals), and the Spa at Breckenridge are located on the first floor of BlueSky.
Amenities include an on-site ski lift ticket office, Charter Sports Ski and Snowboard Rentals.
Complimentary shuttle service runs to the limits of downtown Breckenridge. Hours will vary, depending on the season.
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Great place

Great place that is close to downtown with stuff to keep the kids busy. We even got to see a moose walk by early in the morning!

Perfect stay

The condo was perfect! Great for our family of 4 and grandparents too. Greta location, easy to take the busy to peak 9 for heaven run ski school. Will stay again!

Wonderful

Very nice stay. Only suggestion is the listing needs to inform guests there is only one parking spot prior to booking. Nate the shuttle driver was fantastic.

Beautiful property.

We had the best stay! The place was beautifully appointed, had all the amenities we needed for all 4 days, along with an attentive and responsive property management. The place was very clean and lovely. We will definitely stay here again when in Breck! Loved it! Thank you!

Not There Long Enough.

Lovely property, but only one parking space for a 6-8 person rental. Available shuttle to town is a great amenity. Wish we could have stayed longer.

What a great escape from the heat on the front range of Colorado! BlueSky is a very well maintained condominium complex. Perfect for 4 adults. Everything was exacting as shown on the website. We loved the large rooms, pool and hot tub area and all the flowers and trees. The staff is ver friendly and accommodating. This is our second stay at this facility and can’t wait to return!

Spacious, clean and perfect for a large family-ski out unit

Loved the location, the staff are all very friendly and the unit had everything you need. The beds are so comfortable and the pillows plus they had a fans for those needing "white noise" to sleep. Everything worked perfectly, easy access to the Snowflake chairlift and having the underground parking was great. We used the shuttle service to shop and eat out downtown. We would defiantly come back.

Ski in Ski Out.

Just like the title says. We hadn't stayed here before and didn't know about the ski rental place part of the complex. Reserve your skis here, they store them, right at the snowflake lift. Walk right to your condo. They have a shuttle bus that will take you in town and back and that's worth the price of admission right there. Great place, won't stay anywhere else.

Odd requirement about ski equipment being left on opposite side of building. Made it difficult to pack up at the end of the stay. Might want to have a place near entrance for gear. Shuttle drivers were fabulous tho.

Amazing Ski in Ski Out!

Blue Sky was amazing. Our condo was clean, the building was beautiful, the kids loved the heated outdoor pool, which I was worried would be a bust with the temperature being a high of 30s when they were swimming, but it wasn’t! The only inconvenience was there being only one parking spot. We were a group of 10 in one condo and we had to make the trip in two vehicles. It was advertised as only one parking spot, so we weren’t surprised by this, and there were other options available to us. We will visit again!

Overall a good property. Only two downsides. When we arrived, someone had turned the heat up to 80 degrees. Because the unit has radiant heat through the floor, it took 3 days to cool the unit, even with the windows open. Also kitchen tools need to be updated. There's no dish drainer, insufficient towels and cookware has seen better days.

Great Location and Experience

There was an incredible amount of space and pretty much anything you could need was stocked in the kitchen (up to and including waffle irons). The pool and hot tubs were amazing (even in cold weather). The arcade is pathetic (and crazy expensive). But you are in Breck, so do something other than play in the arcade. Parking was the only downside. With how large this place is, it should really have 2 parking spaces. It only has 1 and the only options to park offsite in Breck overnight are not close. Apart from parking for a second car, this was a great experience and I would highly recommend.

Misleading Property

there were 2 jacuzzis but only 1 worked at a time. The kids pool was dirty with no filtering runnig. Major construction going on from 7 - 7. VRBO says the pool issue are the responsibility of the property, not VRBO. Then what is the service charge for - felt lke VRBO was making the pool issue my problem

Pretty Awesome Place

We came in a bit early and were lucky to be accommodated which was great as we were a family of 5. The property was exactly as listed and the kids settled in nicely. Lots of space for all of us and our equipment. The hot tubs in the property were large and hot and a life saver after skiing. Descent game room and workout rooms. The Snowflake lift is right at the base of the property - so convenient! Wish I knew but Charter Sports is IN THE BUILDING so just rent your stuff there and there is a special room to store your boots. So easy and the prices were pretty good. Noteworthy is the spa on the property which was taken advantage of quite a bit. Overall if you are looking for a family-friendly place to stay this is it. The staff does their best. The shuttle is very reliable for trips in and out of town for dinners. But if you can stand the 12 minute walk that is easier to get there. great place !

Amazing stay

The pictures give this place no justice. The condo is very spacious and luxurious! It has got everything you need. The pool and 3 hot tubs are open late. Staff has been extremely accommodating. True ski in and ski out. We’ll be back!

Overall amazing

The condo was located in an amazing resort with super friendly staff who helped us to get an understanding of the whole area. The free shuttle to town and pick up service was awesome to have on the cold nights we had there. The rooms were well furnished and being right next to Snowflake lift and charter sports made skiing so easy. I would highly recommend staying here and I would go again in the future.

Blue Sky August Trip

The staff was great, always on top of things and very helpful. Having the shuttle to town is perfect as we only drove the car once in a week, was able relax and not worry about parking each day. Pool was perfect and we spent time there each day after a workout in the gym.
