Less than four miles north of Winter Park Resort, this lovely extra large sunny studio suite is going to make for the ideal home base during your next ski vacation! Wake up to the toasty aromas of freshly brewed coffee and plan out your day. After a fun afternoon on the slopes, come back to take advantage of the remodeled full kitchen to prepare a delicious meal to enjoy at the table with seating for four, and afterward enjoy some board games. When you are ready to get comfy, spread out on the sofa to enjoy a good read or a good movie or show on the flatscreen TV. Enjoy the free WiFi as well!

You'll be able to walk to downtown Winter Park for exciting festivals, delicious meals, and shopping splurges, with an on-site clubhouse that offers an indoor pool, indoor/outdoor hot tubs, fire pit, and even a fitness room. Winter Park is home to year-round fun with endless opportunities for skiing, snowmobiling, hiking, mountain biking, snow tubing, whitewater rafting, and more. Plus, Rocky Mountain National Park is just a 45-minute drive away!

Perfect location

The studio is spacious, clean and beautiful but the location is the true gem. Loved being right across from some of our favorite restaurants and shops. Also loved the hot tub and pool area. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location and clean

Located about 10 minutes from the resort this property is perfect for easy access skiing. Shuttle picks up right in front of the building. Apartment was clean and had everything needed for a great stay

Good spot for Winter Park experience

Nice spot to enjoy Winter park. Clean, easy to navigate, close to restaurants, decent amenities and hot tub in adjoining building. Gave up on trying to figure out TV/streaming which was fine, it was vacation. Communication was good with manager, would recommend.

The place itself was great. We had to walk up 5 flights of stairs each time we came and left bc the elevator was broken. It was awful getting our things in and out.

Ski trip

Property was clean and as advertised. Very good location within walking distance to many bars, restaurants, shops, ski rentals and the bus line the WP resort. The main areas property was under some construction for new floors in the hallways and such (not the unit itself, but the actual complex) but I’d anticipate that being done soon. The covered parking was very nice in the winter and it was only 5 mins to winter park resort.

Good Property, Incompetent Manager

I received 2 addresses in the email, across town from each other. conflicting advanced communication about the property key code. It turned out to be 10 digits and sent over an hour after check in. Also the manager instructed me to park in the garage which was under construction, but parking out front was fine.

Will not rent from this provider!

I would recommend Vacasa but not the provider for this studio. It stated it had and elevator but it did not work, we were on the 3rd floor and expected that the elevator would be operational. This was not a short term problem, other tenants stated that it has been going on for over a year. This was deceitful in representing the studio. Our first morning, the water did not work, we did not have running water. Vacasa was very helpful to get this taken care of by noon. Please take note in the presentation of the studio, it does not have air conditioning or heating. There was not a mountain view but a view of another complex out our window.

This has been fixed, and, unexpectedly, it wasn't working again upon your arrival. They have scheduled maintenance to fix it, and hopefully, it won't happen again. Also, we know that you're aware of the home that doesn't have air conditioning. However, we hope to consider having one soon. We hope to have the chance to host your trip again in the future.

Enjoyed the gym daily. The hot tub was hot for sure. Nice and quiet and the place sure did feel spacious during my stay. Would definitely recommend and stay here again 100%.

Spacious studio

Very clean and spacious studio. The kitchen had everything we needed for a weekend getaway! Just steps to the bus line and close to town. Great place!
