We recently stayed at this condo and had a disappointing experience. Check-in instructions arrived only about two hours before arrival, and the door code initially didn’t work, requiring troubleshooting with the owner. The smoke detector was also chirping because of a low battery.Although the condo looked clean at first, the bathrooms were not properly cleaned. One bathroom had dried feces on the toilet and a soiled bath mat, and we also found dirty dishes stored in the cabinets. The towels and starter supplies advertised in the listing were missing.We reported the issues right away, but only the smoke detector was addressed that evening. Housekeeping did not arrive until the next afternoon, and by then we had already cleaned the bathroom ourselves. We received a few bath towels, but never got the hand towels, washcloths, or additional towels that should have been provided.The condo itself is updated, comfortable, and in a great location, but the poor cleanliness and slow response to sanitation issues made the stay unacceptable. With better management, it could be a great property, but based on our experience, we can’t recommend it in its current state.
