DESCRIPTION
Welcome to Island Court Two, a wonderful vacation home located right in the heart of Mission Beach! This recently renovated home boasts luxurious amenities such as stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, and mini-split A/C units in each of its 5 bedrooms, all of which feature smart TVs for your entertainment.

Recently built, this home combines 2 homes into one so you will enjoy 2 full kitchens, 2 living rooms and 2 full-size laundry rooms. The home is nicely upgraded with stone countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The ground level and 3rd level include the living areas with sofa seating, kitchen, and dining area that open to outdoor patios; perfect for outdoor dining and complete with 2 gas BBQs.

There are 9 bedrooms, one on the ground level, five on the second level and three on the third level; each with a TV and its own mini-split A/C unit. Please note there is no conjoining door between the units and separate entrances for each unit. Step upstairs and you'll experience 360-degree views of Mission Beach and Bay from the rooftop deck with lounges and section seating.

Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, ceiling fans, ready-made beds, one beach towel and bath towel set per guest, a starter kit of paper towels and kitchen and bath soaps. Laundry soap and in-home laundry are provided for your convenience.

From here it’s a close walk to beach shops, casual restaurants, and pubs and one of the most popular tourist areas of Mission Beach. Belmont Amusement Park is a 2-minute walk away with plenty of things to do, including the Big Dipper roller coaster, arcade, amusements and rides, mini-golf, beachfront restaurants, and the Mission Beach Plunge swimming pool. You can be on the sand in just a few steps and Mission Bay and a playground and large grass parks are a short walk away at Mission Bay Park.

Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out: 10:00 AM. To properly clean, sanitize and maintain the home, we are unable to accommodate early check-ins or check-outs if another guest is arriving or departing that day.

Furnishings and amenities are subject to change. No refunds are given for any reason unless the home is uninhabitable. Guest ages and plans for use of the home must be approved, and reservations may be declined or canceled at management’s discretion.
