This gorgeous 1BR/2BA ground-floor residence offers a sleek and modern Newport Beach retreat just one house from the sand and directly across the street from the Marina Park bayfront complex. With a prime location near the beach, bay, Newport Pier, dining, and entertainment, this inviting coastal getaway places a wide variety of activities and attractions within easy reach.
LIVING & DINING AREAS:
The modern living and dining area offers a comfortable place to relax after a day of exploring, with a sofa, TV, and a dining table with seating for 4. Large sliding glass doors fill the space with natural light and open directly to the front patio.
BEDROOMS:
- Primary Bedroom: Queen-size bed; TV; ceiling fan; en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower
BATHROOMS:
- En-Suite Bathroom: Walk-in shower; marble vanity
- Hallway Bathroom: Combination shower/bathtub
OUTDOOR SPACES:
The front patio includes an outdoor table with seating for 4 and a propane gas BBQ grill, creating a welcoming space for evening cookouts or relaxing with your morning coffee.
KITCHENETTE:
A full-size refrigerator, sink, microwave, convection oven, and two-burner countertop hot plate provide convenient options for light meal preparation, and the space is stocked with all the dishes and utensils needed for your stay. Guests are welcome to bring their own food, drinks, spices, condiments, and additional paper goods.
YOUR STAY ALSO INCLUDES:

GUEST ACCESS:
Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire ground floor residence, including all interior spaces and the private front patio. The second-floor residence on the property is occupied by full-time residents and is not included in this listing.
SUPPORT THROUGHOUT YOUR STAY:
We are committed to ensuring you have a wonderful and seamless stay. While we respect your privacy, our team is available to answer any questions or address any needs that may arise during your visit. We will not be present at the property during your stay unless assistance is requested.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
No Air Conditioning: Like most homes in our moderate coastal climate, this property does not have air conditioning. Tower fans are provided for your comfort.
Linens & Starter Supplies: All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided. We also include a starter supply of hand soap, dish soap, a sponge, trash bags, 2-4 rolls of toilet paper, and 1 paper towel roll. Guests are responsible for additional supplies and personal toiletries.
Extra Sleeping: To accommodate the maximum occupancy, two twin trifold floor mats (best suited for children) are provided. Twin rollaway beds can be rented instead of the mats by making advance arrangements with our office.
Parking: This residence does not include parking. General neighborhood street parking, both metered and unmetered, is available in the area.
Recreation Gear Rentals: Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from Beachview Rentals at very reasonable rates. Large ice chests, wagons, Pack' N Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds, and more are available. Contact us for more information.
Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required to complete your booking. This property may only be booked by a guest aged 25 or older.
Security: This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces and/or property entrances, as well as noise-monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect our guests, the property, and ensure compliance with local ordinances.
City Tax: A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
