Welcome to our charming villa on the beautiful Côte d'Azur—a 20-minute drive above Nice, ideally located for excursions along the Côte d'Azur and yet wonderfully peaceful for relaxation.

The villa sits on a spacious 1,800 m² lot and combines Mediterranean style with modern comforts.

Outside, you’ll find a large 12 × 5 m pool, an outdoor shower, a bocce court, and a sunny south-facing terrace with a breathtaking view of the Alpes-Maritimes mountains.
The pool can be heated upon request, allowing you to enjoy it year-round.
A Mediterranean garden with olive trees and palm trees invites you to relax—your private oasis under the southern French sun.

Inside, you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable vacation:
a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with a fireplace, a dining room, and an espresso machine for the perfect start to your day.
All three bedrooms are air-conditioned and, together with two modern bathrooms, offer plenty of space for families and couples.

Amenities also include Wi-Fi, a smart TV with German channels, and an utility room with a washer and dryer. We’re happy to provide our piano upon request.

Thanks to a modern solar power system, the house is largely self-sufficient in energy—a subtle contribution to greater sustainability without sacrificing comfort.

We, 5 adults, had a wonderful vacation at this villa near Nice and felt completely at home! The house is located in a beautifully quiet area and features a huge, immaculately landscaped garden alongside a fantastic large pool. The interior is very tastefully decorated, and having air conditioning in every room made our stay incredibly comfortable. Another huge plus: Communication with the host before and during our stay was absolutely flawless. We would love to come back again! Highly recommended!Erich with family

The location was very good, especially as the free bus to Vence was just outside the property. The outlook from the back was very special. Great yard and pool. Being an old house it had some idiosyncrasies, but nothing major. Whenever there was an issue the owner was very happy to oblige. We all felt very relaxed in the house. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We loved the house. A little disappointed with the garden. It was not as neat and well maintained as in the pictures. Also, the neighbors on one side had a clear view of the terrace. In the pictures there was a high hedge.

Unfortunately, the hedge was removed by the neighbor without our knowledge, which is why we installed the privacy screen at short notice and planted a new hedge. We apologize that the garden was somewhat unkempt. The gardener was unavailable and we were not informed of this. We have rectified the situation.

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend unweit vom Zentrum von Vence. Wir haben unsere Zeit dort sehr genossen. Ganz besonders schön fanden wir den Pool und den großen Garten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schönes Haus, toller Pool und sehr nette Umgebung. Der Pool war die ganze Zeit von den Kindern in Benutzung, auch im Dunkeln Dank der stimmungsvollen Poolbeleuchtung. Unser Aufenthalt war von Anfang bis Ende mega entspannt.

Skønt sted med den dejligste have

Alt gik lige efter planen og huset var som forventet. Vi elskede den skønne terasse, have og poolområdet. Poolen er dejlig stor God beliggenhed i et roligt område. Tæt på Vence og på dejlige naturområder.

Uns hat das Haus sehr gut gefallen, vor allem der Pool und der große Garten mit der schönen Terasse. Das Haus war gepflegt und sauber und entspricht den Bildern. Es gibt sogar eine Boulebahn! Die Lage des Hauses war perfekt für uns. So konnten wir im angrenzenden Wald mit unserem Hund sehr gut spazieren gehen. Die Ausgangslage insgesamt, um die umliegenden Dörfer und Städtchen zu besuchen, ist ideal. Ein großer Supermarkt ist ebenfalls in der Nähe und in ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wir hatten eine schöne Woche!

Schön gelegen mit tollem Garten!

Wir waren mit unseren beiden Hunden hier für eine Mischung aus Urlaub und Home Office / „Workation“, hat prima geklappt (super WLan!). Täglich an den Strand zum Hundeschwimmen, und dann ins Straßencafé .
