Everything was good and accurate unless the pillows and blankets were very smelled. The 2nd bath and 2 guest rooms didn’t have locks, that’s not convenient. Location is perfect.

Superb location in Breckenridge, one block off of Main Street. You can walk anywhere in Breckenridge easily from this location. Garage and driveway parking are also convenient, you can easily park 2-3 cars. Our rental was in August so we found the location to be convenient for hiking. It's also very close to Peak 9 and the Peak 8 gondola.Inside, the 3 BR 2 bath is in excellent condition and the cleaning was spotless. Large primary bedroom has an en suite bathroom and a desk. The two other bedrooms share a bathroom. The family room and dining room are large and include everything you need to cook at home. There is a gas fireplace in the family room and also a large hot tub (for 6) located on deck just off the primary bedroom. As the weather was nice, we also enjoyed the outdoor deck located off the family room with outdoor furniture.Brett the property manager made the check-in process very easy and provided good local information about things to do, restaurants, etc. Seamless process, we will be back soon!!

We were very pleased with the property. It was very clean and updated and super cool! It had all the amenities of home. The location was perfect. Within walking distance to Main Street and so many cool shops, bars and restaurants!We would definitely stay there again. The host was very attentive and responded quickly to my questions.
