Dedicated Parking
A true luxury in Shaw. One onsite dedicated compact size spot included. If you`ve ever tried to park in DC, you already know how valuable this is. In addition, we have free neighborhood parking available on the weekends and Monday- Friday from 8:30pm-7am with 2hr limit from 7am-830pm which is lightly enforced~

Our home is in a quiet, respectful neighborhood — please help us keep it that way and be respectful of our neighbors.
• The primary booker is 25 years of age or older.
• The property is equipped with a Minut Noise Monitoring System.This system monitors decibel levels only and does not record audio or video, ensuring full guest privacy.
• No parties, events, or gatherings are not permitted at any time. Any evidence of a party or event will result in immediate cancellation without refund.
A $1,500 fine, and dispatch of our local security team will be sent to escort guests from the premises.

GENERAL HOUSE RULES
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times, both indoors and outdoors.
• Missing or damaged items will be charged to the primary booker. This includes, but is not limited to: playpens, board games, and other provided amenities.
• Only registered guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property.
• Unauthorized or overnight guests will result in immediate cancellation without refund.
• Smoking, vaping, drugs of any kind is not permitted inside or around the property. Any evidence of smoking or drugs will result in a $1,500 fee.
• Pets are not permitted. Any violation will result in a $750 fee per pet, per night, a double cleaning fee, and additional charges for any required deep cleaning or damage.
• Please do not rearrange furniture.
• Pre-check-in luggage storage is not available.
• Shoes must be removed indoors. A shoe cabinet are provided at the entrance for your convenience.
• Food and drinks are not permitted on couches or in bedrooms.
• Mail or package deliveries are not permitted at the property.
• Loitering outside or around the home is not permitted.
• Plumbing Care: Flush toilet paper only. Please remove hair from shower drains after use. A $500 plumbing fee will be apply if a plumber is required due to misuse.
PARKING
• Parking is behind the home for standard size cards only. 2 hrs visitor parking available in the residential visitor zone. Parking is lightly enforced but park guests at their own risk and observe all street signs. NO parking in residential zones.
• Outdoor rooftop amenity, may be temporarily unavailable due to weather, maintenance, or safety conditions and does not qualify for a refund. If these were to occur, guests will be notified in advance and will not have access to the restricted areas especially during the winter months, and should not attempt snow, ice, or debris removal.
