The house features two bathrooms, each equipped with a hair dryer for convenience. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or getting ready for a day out, the pleasant atmosphere makes it easy to unwind. With heating and AC, comfort is always within reach. A beautiful spot to gather and recharge, this house invites guests to create lasting memories. A great place to call homebase while you're away, we hope you enjoy your stay. Enjoy the large fenced in back yard and private swimming pool and hot tub. Located 1 block from the community marina with dockage and a boat ramp directly off the ICW!
It is a short distance to the community pool and playground. If you are looking for a large ,quiet, peaceful place this is it!

First off i normal don't do reviews. But after this vacation I had to. We had another house rented for 4 months and at 4:47pm the day before we were supposed to leave the rental company called to cancel because the A/C went out. My wife and I was bringing 5 kids ranging from 3 to 14 with us. I found this listening and booked it at 7:30pm. The host and his staff was so accommodating and kind. They checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed and gave us recommendation for places to visit while we were in town. I can not thank them enough. This is an amazing property with an awesome pool, hot tub, yard and plenty of room for everyone. You can't go wrong with this rental. I am so grateful to this host and his staff.
