LIVING AREA

The home features an open great room with a cozy gas fireplace, 2 bedrooms and a den (3rd room) that is currently set up as an office.

The cozy great room is designed for comfort with Lazy Boy leather recliner couches surrounding the gas fireplace, a 65 inch mounted TV where you can log in to your favorite channels.

KITCHEN AND DINING

The fully equipped kitchen has all the utensils needed to prepare a gourmet meal. The kitchen faces the great room and dining room and includes a bar top, pantry and all stainless-steel appliances.

Eat at the breakfast bar for casual dining or enjoy your meals at the formal dining table that seats six. You could also dine outside on the patio with an Infrared BBQ.

BEDROOM AND BATHROOMS

This rental comfortably accommodates up to four guests in two bedrooms.

The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed with a Sealy plush mattress, luxury linens, a spacious walk-in closet and large en-suite bathroom with shower and plenty of towels and linens.

The second bedroom is fully furnished with a queen bed, Sealy plush mattress, linens and lots of closet space. There is another full bathroom in the hallway with a bathtub and shower, more closet space. Laundry room with front-load washer and dryer also off the hallway.

HOME OFFICE

The den is set up as an office and provides an ideal work-from-home setup. The office has a view of the park, a large desk, bookshelves and Bend Broadband internet access with WIFI and a printer/scanner/fax for your convenience.

OUTDOOR AREA

Relax and unwind on your own private patio overlooking the park — the perfect spot for morning coffee, sunset dinners, or a laid-back evening barbecue. This inviting outdoor space features a comfortable 4-seater patio set, a large umbrella for shade and an infrared barbecue grill for outdoor cooking.

GUEST ACCESS
During their stay, guests have access to the entire house, back patio with barbeque and garage for parking and storing outdoor equipment if needed. Access to the home garage is via the alley way behind the home. Guests first need to enter the home via the lockbox on the door to get access to the garage door openers.
