Located within an urbanisation in Manilva, the holiday apartment 'La Terraza del Mar' offers guests a fantastic view of the Mediterranean Sea. The 75 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services and a DVD player, heating, and air conditioning.

The private 120m² of outdoor space includes a big terrace and balcony. The property is located within large and beautifully kept grounds with a communal barbecue area and several swimming pools (open from April to October).

The property is near to the beach, water sports facilities, chiringuitos, the yacht marina, restaurants, supermarkets and bars as well as a golf club (all within 1 km distance, 12 - 15 minutes on foot as well as local amenities within 300m). Public transport links are located within walking distance and there is also a 24/7 taxi rank nearby.

Free parking is available on the street and a parking space is available in a garage.

Pets and smoking are not allowed.

The urbanisation has a friendly 24/7 concierge and security.

The property has a step-free interior.

Nice apartment with fantastic terrace with an amazing view

Pros: Nice apartment with plenty of space for a family of 4. The terrace is really large and well furnished with space for a dining table, sunbeds, lounge sofa and many plants. We really enjoyed the terrace a lot. In addition, the terrace has the most amazing view of the sea, it was absolutely fantastic. This is absolutely one of the best apartments in the complex. In the somplex there are two nice pool areas with large pools and plenty of sunbeds. There is also a padel court and a court for ball games. The complex is within walking distance of Puerto de la Duquesa, which is a nice place with many restaurants. The beach is okay and not overcrowded. The host is very friendly and helpful and we had no problems during our stay.

Loved the apartment, the outside space was amazing, host was great

Pros: It was a beautiful homely apartment with everything you could need for a lovely family stay, the Host made contact before we arrived and was so welcoming and friendly. Instructions to collect keys, etc were very clear and simple. We arrived at 5am to a lovely welcome pack with beer / wine / soft drinks / T-bags / Milk and snacks :) The complex has a really nice feel, very clean and well kept, gate staff very friendly and despite our 5am arrival were also helpful and cheery. The terrace was amazing, really big with plenty of comfortable seating, and stunning views of the sea and the pool. Gardens were well kept and green, the pools lovely and never overcrowded. WIFI and Aircon worked brilliantly, much to my teenagers' delight. Will definitely recommend to anyone, and will also always try to book this apartment again for future visits. Cons: Nothing negative to say at all.

Lækker lejlighed, skøn udsigt og område

Pros: Super vært/ejer… venlig og hjælpsom og med en personlig tilgang. Gåafstand til liv, havn, strand… skøn udsigt. Cons: Nogle køkkenting var snavsede, grim lugt af kloak på det ene badeværelse, der manglede ordentlige poolhåndklæder, skåle i køkkenet (sparsomt med udstyr).
