✹ Premium Starter Supplies Provided: We provide a quality starter set of premium soaps, shampoo, conditioner, paper products, and kitchen essentials to ensure your first night is completely seamless.

✹ A Peaceful Mountain Neighborhood: Wander House is a dedicated family-friendly retreat located in a quiet residential area of Heavenly Valley. We love our neighbors, and the home is optimized to be a peaceful, relaxing basecamp for active groups and families rather than a party venue.

✹ Strict Local Laws & Guest Fines: To preserve the neighborhood's peace, the City of South Lake Tahoe operates a strict "zero-tolerance" policy and issues immediate $1,000 citations directly to guests for violations (with no warnings). Per our rental agreement, any matching owner fines will be passed on to you. Fines are automatically triggered by: hot tub use or outdoor music between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, street parking (all cars must be on the paved driveway/garage), leaving trash outside the bear boxes, or exceeding occupancy (maximum of 8 adults plus up to 5 children aged 13 or under)

✹ Smart Monitoring & Privacy: For safety and city permit compliance, the property features exterior security cameras (monitoring the driveway, trash boxes, and open backyard/hot tub patio) and 100% privacy-safe, decibel-only noise monitors. No video or audio is ever recorded inside private living spaces or inside the private sauna.

✹ House Policies:

- No Shoes: To keep out snowmelt, pine sap, and trail dust, please remove outdoor shoes at the door. Feel free to use the boot warmers in the garage!

- No Smoking: Wander House is strictly smoke- and vape-free indoors and on the exterior decks due to high wildfire risks.

✹ Rental Agreements & Rules: To secure your stay, guests must sign our standard rental agreement and the mandatory South Lake Tahoe "Good Neighbor Contract," as well as meet the city's minimum booking age of 25.
