The cottage has been recently redone and is clean, cozy, and modern. It's located on a quiet, neighborly side street, walkable to Hains Park as well as Coffee's Country Market (a local favorite). Excellent tourist and commuter location, close to the beaches, hiking, I-95, Electric Boat, and Mohegan Sun.

This stay includes the entire waterfront cottage. Enter into a full kitchen and kick your shoes off at the door. There are two bedrooms, one with a queen and another with a bunk setup (twin on top, queen on bottom). An open living room features elevated views of the water while the step-down dining/sunroom offers plenty of windows and opens to a wraparound deck. Stay cool and comfortable with the central A/C. There is an under-counter washer/dryer should you need it during your stay. Enjoy the peaceful setting, local area, and the water!
