The studio offers comfortable queen bed sleeping, an equipped kitchenette, high‑speed Wi‑Fi, and a small workspace — everything a solo traveler or couple needs. Walk just steps to the community docks and park-like setting of 550' of waterfront; an optional boat slip is available for rent. Fish from docks or launch from the nearby public docks to reach nearby fishing hotspots on Lake Crescent and St. John's River, then return for dinner at nearby restaurants or walk into downtown. Ideal for anglers, nature lovers, couples and anyone seeking the relaxed, 'ol' Florida feel', of this escape.
