Single-family house "Oleandro", 2 storeys, surrounded by fields. 2.4 km from the centre of Camaiore, on the outskirts, 8.5 km from the centre of Lido di Camaiore, 26 km from the centre of Lucca, 8.5 km from the sea. Private: property 80 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (above ground) (6 x 4 m, depth 130 cm, seasonal availability: 04.May. - 04.Oct.). Outdoor shower, terrace (12 m2), garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: central heating system, heating to be paid on the spot (18.Apr. - 30.Oct.), heating available only from 31.Oct. - 17.Apr.. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Grocery 1.3 km, supermarket 1.4 km, restaurant 1.6 km, bar 950 m, bakery 750 m, bicycle rental 11 km, bus stop 750 m, railway station "Viareggio" 11 km, sandy beach "Lido di Camaiore" 8.5 km. Nearby attractions: Pietrasanta 9 km, Forte dei Marmi 16 km, Marina di Pietrasanta 12 km, Pisa 32 km, Carrara Cave Fantiscritti 45 km, Riomaggiore 5 Terre 78 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Torre del Lago 17 km, Lago di Massaciuccoli 24 km. Hiking paths: Antro del Corchia Levigliani 28 km, Grotta all´Onda Casoli 12 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 5 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with flat screen. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom with air conditioning. 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 2 beds. Bath/bidet/WC, shower/bidet/WC. Gas heating (extra). Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (4). Facilities: washing machine, iron, mosquito net, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi). Parking (2 cars). Please note: non-smoking house. Very lovely place to stay, lots to do in the surrounding area in Camaiore, lido di Camaiore, Lucca, forte dei marmi, Pisa and so on! Lovely house to stay in, air con only in two of the bedrooms but that was fine for us, pool was cleaned every couple days too.Good communication with the owners and they were flexible with meeting us early to give us the keys.

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Ein tolles Haus ! Francesco ist ein fröhlicher und stets erreichbarer Vermieter. Mit dem Auto konnten wir wunderbar die grossen Städte ( Florenz, Pisa , Lucca …) besuchen. Zum Strand ,Supermärkte, Apotheken und Restaurants konnten wir bequem mit dem Rad fahren. Liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus,welches sehr gut ausgestattet ist.
