The Space:

This wonderful second-floor condo is the best of both worlds as its located in a quiet and secluded building that includes a large swimming pool in a fenced yard and yet is only about a block away from the ocean. This beach getaway features an open concept layout that combines the kitchen, living area, and dining room for more togetherness.





WHAT’S NEARBY

You will have the luxury of not needing to go far to enjoy the beach! You will also only be a short drive to the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk which has plenty of great shops and restaurants. Broadway at the Beach is a short five mile-drive away, as are Pirates Voyage, The Carolina Opry, Topgolf, and much more! Myrtle Waves Water Park is perfect family-friend fun with several waterslides, kid's play areas, and more!

Great family spot right next to the beach!

This was a great spot with plenty of space for our family of six. It was clean and comfortable. The best part was that it was just a short 5 minute walk (or less) to the beach!

Everything was as expected! It was a beautiful, spacious, clean condo. Would stay there again, a few things to note: there is no elevator, the private balcony is only private if the neighbors aren’t out too (still nice) and the only negative was that our upstairs neighbor had their dog and it barked from the moment they left until they came back. We didn’t stay too long indoors during the day but it could be an issue had we wanted to stay in and rest. Overall this was a great place to stay and close to the beach and restaurants.

Excellent property/value. Would love to stay here again. 5 adults stayed with plenty of room. Was clean and convenient location. Would’ve liked a broom to sweep flooring during stay. No real complaints!

The apartment was OK, but no cooperation from the host regarding noise coming from upstairs apartment. Kids were playing soccer in the upstairs apartment, making constant noise, not respecting "quiet" time.Overall it was not a restful vacation time.

Summer getaway

Condo is in a great location. It’s a quick walk to the beach. It was clean and plenty of towels provided for our stay. It was quiet and we enjoyed the pool. We have stayed at Dry Dock twice now. This unit was nice. Would stay here again.

Nicely decorated and great location!

This was a great location for our stay for our son's baseball trip to Ripken. Easy walk to the beach and nice and quiet area. The condo was nicely decorated with a great open concept.
