With its high ceilings and cozy fireplace, the space feels open yet inviting—perfect for gathering with family or friends. The loft adds a fun, cabin-like touch, giving everyone their own place to unwind, whether it’s curling up with a show, sharing stories, or simply resting after a full day outdoors.

Just a couple of miles away, you’ll find the slopes and trails of Granby Ranch, while nearby lakes, golf courses, and scenic drives offer plenty of ways to explore the beauty of the area. If you’re in the mood to stay close, you’ll have easy access to relaxing hot tubs, a year-round pool, and casual on-site dining—everything you need to ease into vacation mode.

Whether you`re here for fresh powder, summer hikes, or a quiet mountain escape, this loft offers a comfortable home base to recharge and reconnect.

Please note:
A refundable $250 damage deposit is collected 2 days prior to check-out. The deposit will be held during your stay and, provided there are no damages, missing items, or other charges resulting from your stay, it will be refunded to the original payment method after check-out.

Age Requirement: 25

The property owner assumes no liability for any injuries, damages, or lost items during the stay.

In the case of approved long-term stays, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning is required for 1-month stay. For stays longer than 1 month, mandatory cleanings will be scheduled monthly. The cleaning fee is $50 per service, or $75 with linen service included.
