Welcome to Twelve Oaks, a charming two-bedroom, two-bath San Diego retreat with a spacious private backyard, hot tub, BBQ and fountain.

Spend your days exploring San Diego and your evenings grilling outside, soaking in the hot tub and relaxing under the Southern California sky.

Twelve Oaks combines the privacy and comfort of a home with easy access to the beaches, downtown, Balboa Park, the San Diego Zoo and everything else that makes San Diego such a wonderful place to visit.

Twelve Oaks is a comfortable private retreat created for guests who want somewhere peaceful to come home to after exploring the city.

Our approximately 1,050-square-foot, two-bedroom, two-bath two story home offers comfortable indoor living along with one of our favorite features — a large private backyard.

Start your morning with coffee outside, spend the day exploring San Diego, then come home, fire up the BBQ and finish the evening with a soak in the hot tub.

This is the kind of place where we hope you’ll unpack, slow down and feel at home.

Whether you’re here for the beaches, food, sunshine, neighborhoods, or simply a place to slow down and enjoy Southern California, we hope you’ll experience a little of what makes San Diego so special to us.

We fell in love with the larger properties, spacious yards, and the feeling of having room to breathe away from the hustle and bustle. Most of all, we love the sense of community here—great neighbors, a welcoming neighborhood, and a peaceful place to come home to after a day of exploring San Diego.

With its mature trees, spacious outdoor areas, and laid-back atmosphere, Twelve Oaks feels like a little retreat tucked away in San Diego.
